Spirit Team Roles and How they Help Us

They're always trying to fill in the gaps for you and Today our spirit team decided to make us work a little bit harder So we've already recorded this podcast and it decided not to record. So we are back here again technical difficulties today So we you know second time around it's gonna be way better, right? Oh, man Yeah, so we all have we all have these spirit teams that help us and Kim and I we've we talked about doing this podcast and how We're so impressed with all the variety That your spirit team can present to you if you're paying attention So your spirit team is made up of a whole bunch of energies. It's not just you know Your guides or your angels. So those are the common ones. We know we have guides We have angels your guides can be passed on loved ones or they can be divine like angelic And we can also have archangels helping us. We can have ascended masters We can have animals numbers. Yeah, we can have a lot of a lot of protective energies around us even plants, you know

1:32 And I talked with this the podcast that didn't record but how We we perceive certain things as living and non-living and Everything has a life force energy and so everything that we see that's physical even if you don't perceive it as alive it has an energy that has a life force and Anything can actually guide you I have read people in the past that a tree will step forward and a tree is their guide Which is so interesting to think of trees that way, but they you know, they really can take that role and We can have galactic friends as well Mm-hmm So any light being any conscious light being can come forward and be a spirit helper and part of your spirit team And this is pretty cool when it starts to unfold You know when you start to see how much support and love you actually have and Trusting it because I mean, you know, we all know angels and guides and stuff, you know They're the they're the common ones, but sometimes as I said before it's even finding dimes Mm-hmm, that's a sign from the universe that you're on the right path or yeah that somebody's so who sends the dimes Yeah You said that like I thought you think I have the answer. Well, do you know do you have no

So, you know, well, this is a question So I I'm I'm a very curious person and this is a question that's come to me many times like where did this come from? You know, but I I am aware that a lot of times It's a loved one that you have known in life that is now in spirit that could do this Now, I think I think angels can do it too, but they're not as concerned about dimes I would say yeah, so typically when you get a dime I I believe that's usually from a loved one in spirit. Is that what do you think about that? Yeah, because when mum was passing There were dimes everywhere and I mean everywhere I looked and I find when I'm looking for a sign from mum Um, it's like I feel like she's standing up there throwing them at me like just tormenting me like oh, there you go There's another one. There's another one and I've heard like other mediums talk about this and I guess the reason For dimes is that they're light like they're easy to manipulate And they do stand out to us, you know, it's the shape It's the reflect like the light reflecting off of the actual shininess of the dime It's like so they're easy for us to find but must but on in the spirit world easy to manipulate if that makes sense Yeah, I think about that movie ghosts that we watch where

They're just easier, you know for for spirit to Use to communicate with you, but I mean they can they can easily like send you numbers too Yeah, you know and our go look at back at our previous podcast about spirit signs because We outline all the spirit signs like you can get Um, and we you know guys don't just send us dimes No, like they do a lot of other things and I look at guides like Your cheerleader, you know your empowerment They like will help they'll kind of support you But they don't Answer the questions sometimes like they don't give you the solution to the problem I think they show up when you're in need of some faith too because I remember when I first started this whole journey And Reiki and all that stuff. I remember feeling overwhelmed as a mom and a wife and a You know running my business and all those things I was overwhelmed And I was that's just when I was finding out about my My back problems my neck my back and all that and I didn't realize I was born with something a defect that

5:31 I never knew I had But I was really struggling physically mentally spiritually and I remember laying in bed one day All by myself nobody was home in the house and I was meditating And I always loved jesus because I really believed he was so much more than what he was portrayed to be And definitely not what he was portrayed to be either but um I was praying And I just felt like I couldn't stop my head It was spinning just thoughts and thoughts and thoughts and felt like I was going a little crazy And I remember meditating and then I was more or less asking for help, but I was saying I know I'm not that far off Because I've always been a good person and lived the good the best I could but I knew I was missing something And all of a sudden just like you sketched him in front of me in the air I seen jesus face And he took a deep breath and it was like he was breathing new life into me And this was like one of the most profound things that I I can remember Because it was so big and I remember I think I fell asleep and had a nap and I woke up feeling different Yeah, and then it was like, okay. There was my answer. I needed help and support

6:48 What better way than to see it from jesus like holy and of course, you know You would feel completely changed. Yes Jesus it was you know, and I felt like You know and and I remember him saying something and I I don't remember exactly the the words Exactly, but it was more like just trust my child or something, you know, it was real simple And I woke up feeling like I had this new kind of energy and a new way of being able to move forward And I felt like somebody was listening Yeah, you know and I was always this kid that was If people only knew I was always pretty profound You know deep deep kid, you know and I always knew more than I let on and even today I I know more and more about myself Even when I was back young and stuff. So, you know, that was a that was a profound guidance You know and then after that that's actually what opened me up to starting to see meditation like and seeing past life Stuff and and forward thinking stuff and it was just like it just cracked me open I think it just allowed space for this new information to come in Yeah, and I think this connection with your Spirit team

8:04 It does open you up. Mm-hmm. Like it does change your perspective. It opens you up to new possibilities You know, it allows you to trust when you do feel seen It allows you to trust that there is something else out there. There is a force that is protecting you and I think you know, we We often don't either we don't get to the place where we are Really asking for that help like maybe Maybe people don't get to the place where they feel that desperate or maybe it's just that We have all these beliefs that tell us that, you know, these things can't happen for us And I'm telling you you are loved You are so loved by the universe and it can happen to anyone And and more love than we know and I think that was the moment I was in that I also had this Awareness in the moment that I seen this kind of picture and it was showing My ex my husband at the time and he seemed to be so far away from me And I knew that this new expansion I I had the awareness in the moment that if if I was to choose me And what was best for me that the possibility was that I might not be with him

9:21 And I didn't really know that until later because that was just a picture where I seen him And he looked so far away and I in the moment said why why is he so far away? And I got that when when we're here to live this journey And sometimes when we walk this path Things come in that disrupt where we're at for a reason and that there was so much more To where I was going than just this relationship because It was valuable and it was necessary where I was That's why I don't regret anything. I don't regret my marriage. I don't regret my childhood I don't regret anything because I believe they're all Experiences that have brought me to this place and I really truly love who I have become And that's it. That's a place of of acceptance render allowing And that's exactly where sometimes we have to be for our spear team to communicate with us But it's it's kind of magical when it is absolutely when you start to tune into the communications Because you start to see everything differently and you start you're paying attention and you're staying in the moment and you don't have Expectations kind of drop away So we like in in the communication with your spear team. That is something I tell people like let go the expectations

10:42 And let go of Honestly the resentment and the anger that you've had to do everything yourself right because you haven't That's the thing you haven't done everything by yourself But a lot of people come to me and they'll say You know, I was at my lowest moment and there was nobody there and I had no help from my guides And that's not exactly what's happening What it looks like to me when I asked my guides to kind of show me why is why is this like? Why do people feel that when they're at their lowest you're not there? And they showed me what it looks like kind of like a hole in the ground like a pit, you know and I I liken it to like the pit of despair So when we are in a really bad place our energy is really low And we're in a hole and we can't see our way out and we need help And the guide showed me putting a ladder down into the hole But they will not lift you out of it. No and the reason for that is because it's a gift It's a gift to be here on earth It's a gift to be incarnated in this time and it's a privilege You are here for soul learning and expansion You learn nothing if somebody takes the experience away from you by solving your problem And if your life is easy, I know some people come here and that's their experience

12:00 They just came to have this easy life. Who are who are those people? I don't know I don't know But I think the thing that I'm more aware of than ever before is just because we have to do hard things doesn't mean That our life has to be hard, right, you know, because there's a difference and I think that if we talked about you and I We have the most incredible connection and love for each other and for life and our work and everything But if we're being honest, we've been together a little over, you know 10 years and I can honestly say and I know you'd agree there has been a lot of hard But with the hard comes new awarenesses and deeper connection and deeper love for self Deeper love for the journey for life for all the little things in our life You know and and that's what expansion gives us it gives us so much more awareness and in awareness comes more love, right?

12:54 More acceptance more trust and You know, there's and we look for more of these You know spirit helpers and we're more thankful. So then I find more and more are coming. So it's like animals like I said, um, I just got back from you know, I go to New Brunswick and I work like a crazy person and The funny thing about me is and I know I've asked you this question before is how can I do all of what I can do Because sometimes I shock myself You know, I'm 58 years old, you know, I got a pack and repack six and seven times for my trip home and I'll see 28 to 44 people Sorry, I just had this like image like life of the traveling healer, right, you know on the road Oh, man And because I love my children so much and my grandkids I've decided to go home every month for the last over six and a half years And work out of a hotel or uh, you know a rental space or whatever and I've done it And it has not been easy. It's a lot of lifting, lugging, tugging, washing 30 sets of sheets or whatever And uh, you know bringing products back and forth and traveling and bad weather and You know, all all of those things

14:10 But the thing I'm now, you know, your perspective is everything. So you switch from going, wow, this is so hard And I go, wow We have done in incredibly hard things Time and time again, which just solidifies the gift that we have the connection that we have the way we view life And how much more life we want to bring in and how now we want to share What we know with other people so that we can Hopefully bring a new awareness to our listeners and and that people will see all these little helpers are here all the time I you know, I just drove down. I got home from New Brunswick and Um, you know the day after I get home, normally I need a few days to recoup But I had a client ask to do private work in New Minas. So I drove down there on Sunday And on my way down, you know, I'm tired. I just did a crazy work week in New Brunswick and You know, lots of things are happening as well emotionally on on multiple levels But you know, I'm driving down and I'm not talking about spirit helpers that you're just seeing something in the sky and you're picking out making it yours. I'm talking about These eagles are coming right down in my vision like right in front of me

15:26 And you know, the first one comes and shows me like this strength and this guidance and support And then the next one it was almost like it reminded me of me and you like two of them coming at me And they're they're kind of cross and pass and kind of playing a little bit But there's still signs And I thought, you know, it's funny the things we can make ourselves do and You know, I I am somebody who I can output an enormous amount of energy And I think I You know, you said it perfectly when you said I don't think you think a lot about what you're doing So you don't have all this energy wrapped around it. You're just a doer Right because some people go, oh my god, I have to do this I have to do that I have to do this and then they add energy to every step on their list To get to the end goal and by the time they get to the end goal, they're worn out And I watch you I watch you not put energy into the things that that take it from you I watch you put energy into the end result and the end result of what you want and then I think that's how you're able to do everything you do Really and I I love love so I love it when I do and I hardly have a client that I can tell you that I don't have a good experience with and I think for me my love of what I do Is the communication between you and your client or us and our listeners or whatever, you know

16:47 And I I can tell story after story of watching you do your work and how much I love how you take You know, I I knew right off the bat. I was watching you do group readings in my home In the very beginning and I could I could read you as you were reading I was observing you and I was going wow. This is so neat that she's picking up on like spirit But but you're also bringing it into your awareness and translating it into the best possible communication To that client right and I knew that A lot of it I could tell when it was hired because I could see the way your energy field would react to the information brought through you And I would like watch you and then later I would say wow I know that must have been really hard because the topic was really hard And the message was really hard But you you always find a way to deliver it and this is something I've always loved and respected about you because As a psychic medium, you know, it's A lot of people are like, oh, that's who who and all that stuff And there are some people that they're in it for all the like shock Factor and the big, you know the oh, how do I want to say this like the Fireworks and stuff and sometimes for me in my in the work that we do it's not about that

18:08 It's about translating it in a way that is the best for your client. Right not shocking this You know crap out of them and scaring the smuck out of them Um, you know, it's about how can we proceed? How can we listen to the message from our guides or our helpers? And then translate it in a way that our client is going to re receive it and it be beneficial to them And you know what I can say 100% that I give all the credit to my guides for that. I know you do because I asked them Tell me what I need to know. Mm-hmm Tell me what I need to say But I don't want to know things that would hurt my energy field either So sometimes I'm completely protected Even though the energy is heavy even though it's been a traumatic event or whatever that's about to I'm about to read this person Sometimes the energy doesn't come into my field enough that I'm aware of it that I would have an emotional reaction Right, it's I'm protected that way And so I have this channel of communication There are sometimes that something slips through that I need to see it And although it's hard, I know I trust spirit. They show me things that I need to see

19:24 And then they give me the right words. So often what happens, which is it's kind of unexciting. I think for the people Around, you know, like if I'm doing a group reading and there's a big group there and I'm reading one person Spirit tells me exactly what to say. So that person knows that I know What's happening? And it's kind of in code. Yeah Like because I I know there's been many readings where I had to say to people You know, I can feel this tragic event And then I can describe it without describing it and the person that I'm reading They actually know what I'm saying and they can they know exactly what I'm saying It's the group like the audience doesn't quite understand it. So for them, it might be kind of boring I don't know, but But whatever I'm saying is not for them It's for the person that I'm reading at the moment in the moment. So I really trust my guides to help me with that Because I am not I am just a human being like I'm not that perfect and they do help me a lot with that but I I do Have to say thank you for noticing that because a lot of people don't know that that's happening You have to be really in tune with energy and energy fields to see the process And most people, you know, most people just aren't they're not tuned into that and they they don't have to be but

20:43 But yeah, my I've asked to not be Pulled in too much to things that I cannot change So if it's something that I can change and I can help somebody with tell me all about it And I do trust spirit and sometimes there's uncomfortable conversations But a lot of the time it's what Kim said. It's like The message comes through perfectly So we don't cause any more pain and me as a human I'm not that smart Well, I beg to differ but you know Well, obviously I I'm not in this to hurt people and my guides know that too so We kind of talked about like we have all these different types of guides And I wanted to say something when you were talking about like packing and going to new brunswick and You know any any normal person Would question like why am I doing this? Like what's the purpose and maybe they might even stop because it's just hard But we have had so many animal Signs animal protectors animal spirit team kind of thing Give us confirmation on the way back and forth on these trips been the game for us sometimes

22:00 How many eagles did we see today? And you know something else. It's how many hawks. I know the thing about birds is especially hawks because they I see them like a hawk eye Yeah, she picks them out of the trees and she'll go there's one over there and I we drive by and I'm driving I saw nothing. I saw nothing. I don't know what she's talking about. I'll say one's there Look at that one. Look at this one But I think there's this awareness that we feel the energy of it So that that's why when we were talking about in the podcast before this that didn't tape You know, we're talking about All the signs and stuff. Oh, yeah from your spear team from your spear team It's like there's there's so many different ones and I know every time I'm going through a big transition which Let's be honest January felt like A year for me because the the shifting and the downloads and the Channeling that I didn't January. I'm sure you would say I know and I never thought I'd say this But Mercury retrograde right now feels like a of vacation Yeah, it feels like a break. Yeah, because there was what you would never say that you would never because you'd be like Oh, it's so a pain in the bum Mercury retrograde But I don't know about you but I'll take a little backwards motion right now because we were going forward full speed ahead

23:20 With a lot of change and it was it was getting overwhelming and then we have this Mercury retrograde and eclipse season that it's kind of pulled everything backwards a bit which I'm I'm okay with that right now But I think it's like a reset because there's this new energy I'm getting off topic But there's this new energy coming into 2026 and I think for for anyone who's taken a look at themselves in a real Deep way and really analyzing where they are Within their spiritual journey and where they want to be I think this new energy that's coming because There's planets all in a completely different alignment right now But to me there feels like this really beautiful energy coming. That's really um gonna Make a difference. Yeah, they're definitely. I mean we have to it's earth, right?

24:15 So we go through all the contrast we have to go through that stuff um It's part of our soul contract and our soul plan and that's what I was sort of saying earlier is that guides You know your spirit team. They don't solve your problems. They're not going to give you the lottery numbers like that's not their job You know But what they will do is they will support you on your path of learning and growth And that's why we're all here. We're all here for growth and expansion But earth is such a beautiful place in the galaxy And we are so loved and our galactic friends they They take care of us because they love us because our progress is their progress. We're all connected and I remember um I was going through something really hard and I had called in mother mary So the virgin mary and I called her in to talk to me and she showed me Earth if you can imagine a bicycle wheel and all the spokes And then in the middle of the wheel where all the spokes connect connect together And that connects to the bike that middle axle that is earth So everything depends on earth And that is why our galactic friends are so loving caring and want us to succeed

25:30 And they're not going to let us fall Earth is also the physical manifestation of every vibrational reality that exists in the entire universe So think about that for example for for just a second like we are like a catalog or a library of You know held vibrations earth is very important And the physical manifestation of all vibrations does not happen anywhere else It only happens here and it's a gift to be here It's a privilege not every soul gets to come here. And if you're here, I know you're probably not always looking at your life as a gift But it really is we've we've all worked very hard to get here to be okay to be here And it is about soul growth and expansion and when we connect with all the light beings from other planets They all say something similar that where they are They don't they learn from their mistakes, you know, they don't have the contrast we have They don't have the growth because there's no need for it. But here we have this Exponential soul growth And so your guides don't want to take away your experience. So they are not going to solve your problems

It's not going to mean as much to you if we just And that's that's one of the things I've always had such a deep respect for the way you did your work Versus, you know, it's not like I haven't had readings before or haven't met people other people that are doing some of what you do And I think the thing is is that when I meet somebody who Has such an authentic being Within them then I have so much respect for them because it's easy to just say things and that's the other part of Reading is that, you know, you might get information through a guide or through an animal Like communicating with an animal or or a vision of an animal or a thing or something but you know, it's Sorry, I'm my mind isn't so great the second time we're talking about accountability And so you really have to be invested in your own path in order to get these messages Right like there's work involved. That's it. Yeah, it's it's not easy and I I think sometimes even the way the amount of messages that we That are around us like constantly if we're open to it, we're open to it They are constant and the more you get the more time you spend in awareness and quiet because that's where all the answers are

28:08 You can't you can't when you can't think and there's chaos all around you How are you supposed to get the messages? How are you supposed to see them? How are you supposed to perceive them hear them know them if your head's too busy? That's that's where a lot of mine come like we bought this house And it was in desperate need of help I remember before we even We're looking for a house when you and I were friends and we would walk by because you lived in the area And we would always stop and look at this house and say, oh look at that sad house. It's so sad It just needs someone to love it and then here we are Years later many years later like seven or eight I don't know and we got a chance to buy this house And I know that even how we bought the house you had a guide come through and tell you the same night and I had a Native guide come through and tell me that the house was ours But then even after we got the house and we were bringing it back to life I remember sitting outside by the fire all by myself Nobody was here you were out for a while And I lit the fire which is one of my favorite things to do is just sit With the fire because I always get downloads And with my eyes wide open I was getting this third eye vision of the whole backyard

29:28 And all I could see is different beings. So there was light beings from different places. There was like um Native elders and and other native just people And then there was what I could only describe as what looked like um avatars You know, so just so many different ones But the one that stood out the most was this little gnome walked over And stood there and talked to me and said that they were so grateful that we were you know, um bringing the land back to life because Everything has a purpose. So the land has a purpose the trees have purpose our guides have purpose And the fact that we could see what the land needed the the gnome said to me that We had been taking care of them And they would always take care of us. So our home is our refueling station I know every time I go away and come back I feel the first thing I do the next morning because sometimes I'm not home till late at night But the first thing I do in the morning after that I'm away is I walk the land And I talk to spirit and I I give gratitude for everything we have and everything we've been able to listen to and pay attention to from spirit helpers

30:44 And I'm just so always so grateful for that. You know, yeah And that's the thing like there's so many things I could pick out of that story, but You know, we have been so guided We have been so guided here In this even in this property. So we were just as an example You know, yes, we were struggling to find housing. Yes, it was big. We were talking to spirit every day You know, and we even had our little saying, please give us a beautiful home to match our beautiful spirit You know, and we were really You know really asking for that help from our spirit team But here's an example of how they can help you So they can give you messages. They can give you visions Feelings and they can they can help you trust your feelings and trust your intuition But they can't sign the mortgage document Right So here's the thing that was Kim mine and Kim's job stay open to the opportunities to trust And to listen But then we also had to follow through so the follow through is like talk to the lawyers, you know Sign the papers, you know, you have to make the offer on the house It's like it's like, you know, the funny thing people say about lottery tickets Like you can't win if you don't buy a ticket, right?

32:00 So there is action involved that your spirit team allows you to do and respects So I had I had visions of our new hosts when I was struggling to find a host I had no idea where we were going to end up and the visions didn't even make sense to me at the time Because we didn't have a lot of money and I was envisioning something that looked new Which made no sense But what happened was in this house, we made it new Well, and I wanted a place with sweat equity because I wanted to be able to put the work into it And have the equity out of it But here's like here's how it here's how it works So the spirit can show you the visions can encourage you show you the dream, you know Can make the opportunity like put the right people in your path But they can't make you talk to them. Nope. They can't make you sign the papers They can't make you trust and so you have to actually trust when these things are coming your way that that Your spirit team is looking out for you and they want the highest good for you They want you to be the best version of yourself. So they're going to encourage you. They're like a cheerleader, you know They're a facilitator. They work. They will co-create with you But you are part of this equation and you are the physical parts. So you have to do the physical stuff So if Kim and I didn't get pre-approval for a mortgage or if we didn't go see the lawyers or if we didn't sign the papers

33:21 The down payment if we didn't have the down payment if we didn't trust Then it wouldn't happen even though spirit really wanted it to happen and they were encouraging us at the time So there's we all have a part to play and that's why I like that image of Putting the ladder down into the pit, you know where you are They're saying here's the ladder. You have to do the work in climate We'll give you the framework But we're not going to do it for you No And so I think that's where people get confused because a lot of people will say to me at my darkest moments I was alone and my my guides weren't there. They were there But they can't reach you when you are in that low vibration of depression despair Chaos it's so hard for them to reach you. I mean, they're still going to help you They're still going to try but if you can't hear them sometimes that's that's partially why And also because they will never give you the answers They're just going to guide you so you can find the answers yourself Well, even an observer like I'm always with you when you're doing, you know, big group readings or whatever But I watch you time and time again Give the client This incredible message like beautiful message like confirmation But if you don't say it the exact way they're looking they it's like

34:41 Yeah, but that's not what I wanted. Those aren't the words I wanted to hear and I'm like And the other now how does that happen? I don't write the other thing about that is that people don't realize is sometimes I'm channeling Yeah, so it's not even my words. Yeah, it's what spirit wants to tell you Yeah, you know even in the even in the energy because you have the The persona of the person too because I see you with your hand with the cigarette and a coffee cap And yeah, and I see the whole thing happening and I'm like, oh wow, she's channeling the person, right? Yeah, but I love it when people say they'll say, oh, that's my uncle roger And uh, I'll be like continue the reading they go. Well, that no that sounds like my that sounds more like my grandfather And I'm like, oh gosh It's just like just because I don't say a word exactly the way that you know, they would expect it But I I've seen you give 15 reasons like just oh man Sometimes like you're on fire and it's like la la la la la and this and that and I'm going and they still They they're not accepting the truth of what you're saying, but the person beside them is going. Yeah. Yeah, uh-huh Yeah, that's them. They're exactly like that and the but the person you're talking about It's like they're waiting for the sentence With these exact words to come out and it but it doesn't happen that way. It's like I always laugh

35:57 Expectations are a killer. Don't have expectations with your spirit team Just don't do it because they will they will surprise you and come through for you over and over again But when I'm doing readings and that happens, I know like I give space for the person But I know that there's some things people don't want to hear Sometimes um They've told themselves that if I don't hear this this and this I'm not I don't believe it You know or whatever like they've closed themselves off to the session and I can feel it Sometimes I don't always know the reason but I tell them everything I can tell them But if they are closed to the information Then it closes off my connection And it's people that maybe don't understand what I'm doing or they don't understand how hard it can be so I I just you know, I just let those go because people can't they can't behave differently and not everybody can behave perfectly for a reading But I'll tell you just a little pro tip if you're getting a reading Try to remain as open as possible because sometimes information comes through that you're not familiar with But it's because it hasn't happened yet Because I have I get calls all the time from people and they'll say Oh my god, you told me all this stuff five years ago and I didn't believe you and I thought you were crazy

37:15 Every single thing happened So if it's not happening right now or it hasn't happened or you're not sure sometimes your memory is foggy whatever If you're getting reading just accept all the information as as information Even if you can't confirm it and let it play out Because honestly most of the time it will play out in your life and you'll see what everything is connected to Well, I think even another funny one is people will look at you and I because we're in the work We've been doing the work I mean I've been doing a full time for 20 years and you've been doing it for quite some time yourself So it's that they think that How come we don't know that or how come I don't know what about you or you me There's if I'm being honest, there's lots of times I've had to watch you go through things knowing Why?

It wasn't the right time and I think there was reasons Why I had to do all the things I've done to get me to this place But now I am so happy and everything's unfolding this year In like this perfect manner because my guides are like it's almost like You know when you go bowling and there's those bumper pads for kids so that they don't get discouraged Well, I feel like our guides are sort of like the bumper pads They're they're not going to let us fall onto a sharp object sometimes But they're barely going to save us because we need the lesson Yeah, you know, we need it need to like be dangled off the cliff. Yes before you change

Yeah, and that's the other thing is that assistant that like acceptance and Kind of surrender and release that state You sometimes have to be in that state. Yeah to receive and if you are not trusting the signs that are coming through Your guides have a harder time because you're not paying attention. You're not looking you're not trusting You don't believe anything's connected to you And then they can't actually There's no opening. It's like you've closed the door And when you close the door sometimes we do it through fear protection Sometimes we do it because we don't believe But you've closed the door and that's exactly what you were saying about readings Like if I'm reading somebody and they're like no no no because She said, you know, she said orange instead of you know burnt orange or whatever, you know people People do hang on to You know the words and they don't really listen to the feeling or the message And then they close themselves off because they think well, this just isn't happening That when that happens with your guides, they're not human. They're not physical They can't you know come around and convince you they can't slap you upside the face and say, you know, listen So although I think I have had a slap or two in my life

I know I've had those too But yeah, like They need the open door the open passageway And expectations close the door fear closes the door mistrust closes the door You have to believe that you have everything you need and you will be given everything you need Because that creates openness that creates an openness of energy and flow. What blocks energy Negativity, you know fear fear poor thinking, you know, if we think the worst-case scenario all the time You're blocking Blocking that good flow of energy that could be coming towards you and your spear team doesn't know what to do about that I mean, they are persistent But they they're normally not the voice that yells at you Like that's a different voice. So we can talk about ego another podcast, but Your guides normally will speak Clearly Simple very simple. That's that's my biggest thing. I find them very simple. Maybe only one word sometimes And it can also be very steady and make you feel very calm So when they're coming through it just makes you feel very peaceful Very calm

41:51 It doesn't feel like emergency And we I think we said this earlier like unless you're actually like going to run a red light or something There's going to be some accident like yeah, they might scream at you but but it's normally a very calm communication And they want to give you feelings. They want to show you signs You know, they want to bring forward that confirmation and validation that you're on the right path And that's how Kim and I have been able to do so many hard things Is along the way we're paying attention to all the times we've been supported by the spirit world We've been supported by our spear team. I mean look what happened last month I'm I'm writing my book proposal to hey hose and I'm stressing about it. Thank god I have Kim because She's my balance and she will tell me like you're being ridiculous calm down, you know That hears me like really getting stressed like I don't know if I should send this I don't know if it's good enough. I don't know what to do. Like am I going to get it done I don't know if I'm going to get it done, you know, uh, and of course in true universe, you know Lesson whatever fashion everything was thrown at me that week I didn't have time but I had to make the time to finish this thing. So Anyway, all the stress all this build up I send it in And it's all emailed, right?

43:08 And we say, okay, what are we going to do to celebrate? Well, we're going to go get pad thai and of course We get fortune cookies to cookies. So after we're done eating and we talked about this already But this is this is one way your guides will communicate with you because they can manipulate certain things Um, so we Kim says choose a fortune cookie. She holds them out I pick one open it up and it says you will be an accomplished writer We looked at each other like you can't make this stuff off. I mean, I mean come on like out of all the fortune cookies Out of all the messages you could get that's what that's what came through for me So, you know, your guides are there and they're just they have a sense of humor too Yeah, I think they have a really way better than we do Right, I think they're I think they're like laughing in the background going ha ha look silly humans I think they're up there having a great time laughing at us. Oh my gosh. Well, I mean, we do we were by nature We make a lot of mistakes. We are human Um, but yeah, no, you can't you there's no way you can make this up and You know at at the darkest in the darkest moments I have to say that that trusting and the gratitude I have had That's what has helped keep the door open to my spirit team to keep communicating with me because I trust them so much

44:29 I mean, they could tell me to Dye my hair purple and go outside and you know, stand on my head and I probably would do it You know, if I thought it was something that would help people I would go do it if they told me to do it So that's a thing I I have complete trust and I know that they have guided me and led me on this path And I know Kim feels the same way or she wouldn't be doing what she's doing And I think the thing about that is I have always trusted who I was and uh My part to play in this life and You know, you have to be tested even more because then you're watching you have all this knowledge all this awareness And you're feeling pretty darn good about yourself in life And then you're watching your children struggle You know, and you're watching them be overwrought and and all the things that can happen to you is overwhelmed parents But then you get to this place where you have to take us. This is at least what I do. I take a step back I send love But I also trust that Just as I chose this life and I chose all the people that I wanted to be connected and a part of this experience for me So have they yeah, and they have their own lessons to learn They have their own things to be challenged by and and strengths to be

45:46 You know strengthened Um, so I really do trust I don't lose sleep over over things like that But that's the thing we we know Just how our spirit guides are not going to take away our learning and blessing You're not going to take away your kids either No, and you're you're really good at putting me in a place where you're You're showing me just how much I have gone through and how much I can do because I I really kind of Have been a bit of an overachiever and not really thought much about a lot of what I've done in my connection Um, I've always been so grateful for my connection, but you know, we have had to do A lot of hard things and you know, everybody's heart's different I remember you said that to me earlier on because I didn't realize a lot of my hard stuff It's so extreme you're you have some extreme Yeah, yeah, which I didn't realize, you know But the thing is is that again when you trust and when you know I I can remember thinking even as a little child that You know, I always knew that Harder things happen to better people than me And I never had this idea that Bad things couldn't happen to me and I didn't think that if they happened to me It was because I deserved them either sometimes stuff just happens and you're in front of

47:04 Whatever's coming your way or or somebody else's way that's close to you So I didn't have the same perception as a lot of people would where you know, I'm not saying I never got angry man I I was angry for a little while when I had to move here because You know, I I was losing an arm function from trying to keep up with everything and my back Lower back herniations were causing, you know, some serious problems for me and my wife was like Well, you weren't we weren't married at the time, but you know, you had said why don't you just move To Nova Scotia and things will be easier, but My work was in New Brunswick Financially, they were easier, but not not easy not in the other way not emotionally easier. No And as moms we we judge ourselves and put ourselves in a certain position But you know now looking back I'm I'm grateful because another thing is we don't realize that sometimes things have to change So that the people in our life that we might have been making things As easy as we could for our children Sometimes we have to be away from them for them to grow the way they need to too. Yeah Well, there's multiple reasons again. It's contrast right and if you look you can look at everything So the only energies that really exist in in the universe are love and fear Yeah, and we can look at almost everything in our lives everything that's happening in this

That's just you know So we have these struggles that kind of pull us back a bit And I love the analogy of the bow and arrow and we've talked about that before the further you pull it back The farther it goes the faster it goes when it's let go And that's sort of the time we're in right now is a lot of people's bow and arrows are being let go you know and so We need different kind of support from our spear team when we're advancing than when we're being pulled back

They're just going to show you it's up to you to do the work And it's up to you to be open and teachable and to listen And we don't know always the language that they speak You know, but there's so many signs all around you all the time if you're looking for them It can be such a simple thing. It can be spring when the plants start to bud and bloom You know, it can be you know, like we said the animal spirits in your life They can come through dreams visions meditations channeling Automatic writing you can connect with your guides any Through that as well. It's just free flow of energy communication An automatic writing can work very easily for people to practice it Your guides want to see you committed. You know, they want to see you committed to yourself Committed to being the best version of yourself committed to going forward and helping other people do the same thing And so if you don't have the practice and the commitment, of course your guides are they're not going to be as active for you Our guides are so active because we're constantly moving forward And we're moving forward in a way that we're listening to the universe and we're saying, okay, what what's my next step

So you have a dream or goal You set your goals and then you get the education you need And then you apply for the job that you want and you might have to apply to a few, you know And you're persistent you get the job and then you work hard and you work your way up the ladder, right?

You can hear my dog whining in the background She's like, I'm tired of you guys on the podcast today Okay, so you have to a spiritual business has to lead you But a spiritual business doesn't lead you and show you the whole picture It gives you breadcrumbs to follow And this is what's happening with Kim is she's starting to see Follow the breadcrumbs and she might know not exactly where this is going to land Because we can't plan like we normally would now obviously if you're gonna, you know, do Energy treatments on somebody you have to learn how to do it So there's some training But just because you have the training doesn't mean you're going to be successful in a spiritual business Because spiritual businesses are about co-creating with the universe. It's not you as the individual making things happen You have to co-create which means you have to listen Which means you have to be teachable and you can't be stubborn And people don't really get that peace. You're not in control Of a spiritual business. Yeah Because your ceo is universal consciousness I like that

53:04 So it's totally different way of looking at things and that's the same with your spirit team. They want to co-create with you They want to manifest and expand with you. They are happy. You're here. They love you They want to see you succeed Your success is their success So they're always going to be there for you But you have to be in the right like energy and the right mode to accept it And they can be a little tricksters too. Yeah, because it's not always the way you think and I think some of the things I love is that you know, you and I are so open and and awakened and stuff so you know, we're quite Accepting of the lessons and of the you know, the answers and the The questions the the everything with them But That's one thing I love is that we unpack. Yeah everything. Yeah, and you know, sometimes being two women It's even more so but I think the thing from before is that We're not taught to deal with things the way we are when we're in this field Yeah, and when you start trusting Your guides and the messengers that are sending messages to you You know, it doesn't mean things are going to be easy because I know this is something we've talked about is

Yeah And it doesn't necessarily mean they're they're always your lessons to learn because I think Sometimes we learn from each other's lessons and our children's lessons and stuff, but you know, I remember this one time I hadn't had a lot of experience with the like galactic beings And this person came to see me And they had had like a literal experience with Some aliens, which I hate that word. I like light beings better We usually try to change that to light beings, but it but that was their message They said have you ever worked with aliens? Yeah, and I said, well light beings. Yes in my head So they came to me for a treatment and the funny thing was their guides Showed me what their experience was So I literally through them got to see their experience. They didn't even have to tell me I seen it all And then the neat thing was while I was working on them There was these really cool cute little light beings at the foot And there was Palladian standing beside me talking to me and I was like, wow, that's the first time I've seen Palladian So, you know, and then it happened to me like more so from then on and it really felt like

55:37 They're like ambassadors and they they're checking in to see if everything's in alignment and checking off the list So what kind of trust like do you have to have to allow that experience to happen? Right, right because most people would turn it off before it even started Most people would be this guy comes into their treatment room and says do you have any experience with aliens? The treatment person at that point, you know, okay the practitioner has to like buy in Right, you have to trust that this person has had that experience And that's the point where a lot of people would just go no You know no, but we need to stay open because as I said earlier, everything is light, you know, everything is energy Everything has a life force and so we can we can't exclude any type of life force just because All the dimensions are really in one place. We in our dimensional reality We perceive things a certain way and that's the way it has to be for humans to make sense of their world And it's all okay. There's no judgment. No, nothing But all the dimensions are really in one physical space But we don't perceive all the dimensions at once because it would drive us crazy It's too much for our heads to handle. That's why people like you and I We have learned methods to tune into that vibration

They're trying to get something through to you And we have hard heads. It's hard for them. It's hard for them to talk to us

So they're throwing us like physical signs, you know The the triple numbers and they're throwing us dimes and they're throwing us feathers And they're trying to talk to us in our sleep and our dreams and when we're meditating and Sometimes things just aren't getting through and and they've got to be frustrated too Because I know I'm stubborn. I don't know about you, but I'm pretty stubborn and it takes a lot so I've learned That the persistent voice that comes through is normally the one that I need to listen to And sometimes it's hard to listen to them because they almost take a back seat To your panic your stress and worry and fear like they don't they don't deal with that stuff And I'm trying to connect with my guides sometimes and they don't they don't show me who they are all the time And if I ask they're they're like we're the collective. We're the council. They don't care about names I know people get real funny about that and they want to know what's my guides name and all that stuff I think I think when we put so much energy into things that really and and I'm going to say this They don't matter. Well, what your guides name is does not matter to your guide What they look like. I mean, I've seen mine. I know what they look like But I don't know their names and I it's because I don't care You know, it's not irrelevant for me kills spirit communication or communication with your spirit team

You can be specific in some ways If it's something that can show up for you something that's possible But you can't Detail every part of your soon to be experience with your spirit guide because you have to leave them space You have to leave them the blank space to create And if you're filling it all in with all your ideas, then there's nothing left for the organic transmission to come through And it really is a transmission and you are just receiving You don't get to manipulate the message. You don't get to say I you know, like that's not what I want to hear and I didn't want to do that today Like if you if you're denying the messages that are coming through you're gonna get less And I think like all the time there's always it to me it almost feels like The answers The questions like everything's all out in the atmosphere all time It's you have to be paying attention to have awareness of what that is Because if you have no awareness then Like you're done. Yeah, you you have to be tuned in dialed in absolutely And you know, like so we said like your guides can be can be simple simple quiet communication could be one word

It depends on how they set it up for you They'll use your feelings sometimes repetition You know, but your job really is to trust trust that you have a spirit team Your spirit team can change over the years. You can have a like a one solid guide and then all different guides um But they'll come through with A steady voice a quiet voice sometimes a peaceful voice, but sometimes with humor too. They are pretty funny Oh, I think they have a lot of the same personality as you have like Um, you're always telling me I'm so direct and honest and stuff. Well, my guides are exactly same they don't waste words they're very direct and very straightforward with me and I've I think that's one of my greatest gifts is I have always trusted spirit before I trust people You know, I always well, I think that's because and people will say this to me too Like aren't you afraid to go into haunted houses like don't you get pushback from the spirits or whatever like And it's not that I don't get the pushback, but I'm not afraid and I think it's because I know I know the laws like I know the laws of the universe

1:02:13 There's universal laws when it comes to the spirit world and working with the spirit world And I follow the rules, which means they have to so I don't worry about it too much But with people it's a little different because people have free will and they can basically do whatever they want when they're alive It doesn't mean that there's not going to be repercussions at some point later Or they're not, you know, they're going to have to learn something in another life or whatever, but This is why I often have that 100 trust with the spirit world because I understand it And people are a lot more complicated Absolutely, I agree 100% Yeah, but now that you know you everyone has a spirit team and everyone is very loved by their spirit team You need to make sure that you open that door Open the door to your spirit team invite them in talk to them Ask them to help you Really make sure you go through the process of talking to them and telling them they can come into your life Because sometimes they do they stand on the sidelines until they're invited in to work with you and give them the space to work Sometimes I talk to when I have a hard time getting through to people Um in the physical I'll talk to their higher self and it kind of to me It kind of sets the stage as well

Yeah, raise your vibration So you can you can meet them in the middle and you can listen and hear and listen to their guidance They want to help you Well, and a lot of times this is probably one of the biggest misconceptions with people is like They come in for a reading or a healing session or whatever With you or I and it's they don't realize that They have to open themselves up to the awareness of what could be coming through And sometimes it's like it's this is a simple way But I see women all the time looking for a new relationship and they keep getting the same old same old these You know Narcissistic whatever same patterns. Yeah, and I go Yeah, but you have to do the work first to love you because there's this thing that happens to you And I can't tell you how much love I have for myself now
