0:10 Hi there welcome to Circle of the Sacred Flame my name is Laura and I'm Kimberly and we are talking to Pamela Kale today and Pamela Kale has done so many things that I I literally didn't know exactly how to introduce you because I guess I got I got your bio and I know I know what you do but is there any do you use any one term to explain yourself or do you always do you use like kind of like a bunch of things to say what you do oh my gosh uh yeah yeah it just depends on who I'm talking with and what aspect of what they're interested in what you know because there's the art part there's the teaching part there's um yeah there's just yeah there's a lot of parts to what I'm offering so depending on who I'm talking with it's uh it's a whole different spew yeah for sure so for our listeners I'm gonna say that you are uh intuitive healer extraordinaire because what you did for us was so healing and so helpful and I don't think sometimes we're doing all these things we're connecting with energy you know we're sharing that healing energy with people and sometimes we don't really know how much it helps people or how much it

1:30 Affects them and we just like send it out into the world and it's like you know saying goodbye to your baby like you don't know what's gonna happen but with us it had such a beautiful effect on our relationship at the time and then our path going forward and we're gonna talk about all that later but just like just in some kind of like um kind of like complete way I guess can you can you tell us about what you do and what does what does like a normal day look like for you right now it's a lot of grandbabies I hear you but it's uh uh in the workspace um and that really workspace for me it's more like a play space um I'm I'm just I'm just called when I need to be called to it you know and it's not like a set schedule and that's what I like I'm just kind of going with where the universe kind of places places me in that day and I always wake up that morning and I every morning and I teach this to

2:46 Anybody that wants to do it on their own is place your hand on your heart just place your hand on your heart take a breath and feel into that space and say what do I need to um know about this day and what do I need to hear and see and feel that will help broaden my heart to a new level and you know help me guide me to the people that um resonate to what I'm doing and what I'm saying and people that have uh things with their that they're trying to share it's not about spending a lot of money on flashy business cards or anything like that I did one original oracle doc back in 2014 and I remember the process of trying to figure out a wrap my hat around how I was going to create that and I had been creating like little postcards for a really long time and one time just like doing that little heart thing in the morning it's like you already have your oracle doc and I was like I don't have it like it's not in the physical like what are you

4:03 Talking about and it's kept saying you have it already you have it already and somewhere along that day when I was picking up those little postcards I'm like oh that's what my higher self or my intuitive part or whatever you know that beautiful guidance that comes in um it's it's us talking to ourselves from another place that's what I believe and so when that voice came in that day and I held those cards and it was just you know a picture of a painting that I had done and I put some words on the back inspirational words and I thought you know I'll give those own to like um it trade shows or whatever and people that you know have a session with me maybe I'll just give them the card well why don't I make like you know 26 different ones and see how that flies and so then I put it together um and I did it through um a Canadian like just a vista print kind of energy and you know I touch every doc I put them all together myself and you know um so when people get those those cards like you were saying in the beginning clip I don't know

5:24 Like those cards have touched so many people since 2014 and they've gone everywhere and yeah and I would leave them in just different places and I had this lady at Predicton she had bought a deck and she just put it all around her store and people were just randomly picking them up and she they're like where what is these cards about and it's like you know and then it was just the funniest thing anyway and so a typical day it's not a typical day it's just you just go with the flow and uh some days you're painting some days you're teaching some days you're sitting with grand babies and some days yeah it's I'm just it's just normal kind of but it's all broadening your heart in a way if you're present with what's going on in your life and um because what we're on right now this little black screen it's uh um it's it's it's useful but it's also a place where you have to recognize how much time you're on it to to appreciate what's around to appreciate what's around you absolutely it's like in every bit of technology it's useful

6:42 But it's not useful out of balance like if we're using it too much that it causes problems I'd rather be playing in the dirt yeah she's she's the fighter but I love talking to people and I love getting the message out there and I think one of the things I love about having you on today is I wanted to talk to our listeners about how beautiful it is when somebody does the work that you do because you paint soul portraits which is the energy of the people you're painting is how you transform it onto the paper and I think it was a maybe maybe that's how it's done well I love that too because I just love that you know for me my experience with your work is that you know I've always known you were a beautiful lady doing beautiful work but you know my wife surprised me with this portrait I think it was the Christmas of 2016 and back then things were pretty rough for Laura and I because we had just blown up our lives and when you blow up your life you change other people's lives around you and they're not as happy about it as you are so you know back at that time the portrait really filled

8:00 Our hearts in a way that nothing else could at that time and every night we would sit and look at it and see more and more that we would get out of the picture and we still do that today I mean it's it's probably my favorite piece in my house and I have a house full of artist paintings because I've worked for lots of them and still do but I so appreciate art because of what goes into it so I just love that your your work is so beautiful and that it's it can touch people so deeply as it touched Laura and I and then the other side to that is I know myself because my wife told me that you had been in Peru and you had left a bunch of cards which these cards are all pictures of all of the work you've done I believe correct no not all just like 26 26 six of them right 26 of them with different um yeah it's it's uh this little decree here yeah yeah yeah and then it just has all little different sayings on the back yeah so depending on what you pick up it's it's uh it's gonna I find it's the message you need for the day yeah

9:19 Yeah so when you're doing these pictures what are you in like uh like a meditative state obviously and you're just the flow has hit you and the the feeling you get from working with somebody and then it's just transferred onto the page well um I can do it like at a distance and in the beginning it was always at a distance because um it it took I would take like people's name maybe date of birth sometimes I would ask for intention and other times I didn't realize how important intention was back then so um and I just trust that the image or the colors whatever was going to come through was going to be perfect for them but in the beginning it was just sketches did you know that no I did not yeah yeah so it was just sketches and um it was like a lot of doodling basically I thought and it was in one of my uh healing modality classes that I was learning because I didn't know I was going to be painting for people I was just like what um so I was I think it was theta healing yeah it was and she was she came from west and she was here in mountain and I went and

10:41 Took some classes with her and in one of the sessions she says what are you doing over there and I said what do you mean I said I'm just doodling and she says how long have you been doodling basically and I was like oh gosh that's how I process things I've been you know and and that's how I got through my big crisis in my life you know when my daughter at the time was only two and she was diagnosed with leukemia and I went through a whole process and she's 25 she'll be 26 this year so we're talking a long time ago and that was a big awakening for me and when I got through that whole thing with her and she's beautiful like she's all good right now and everything's yeah she just had a little baby girl um so it was it was around that time that I went back to my art to work through my own crazy and I used it as a process to work through my emotions my energy that was so disruptive and and it was making me go to addictive behavior to go to grab a bottle of wine and you know not drink a glass like drown yourself and I just knew I didn't

11:58 Want to be that for my children or myself and um I went through a whole cleanse I didn't know what a cleanse was but I remember this lady came into the restaurant um one time because I was working I was I was waitress at the time and she looked amazing I'm like what did you do she's like oh I did a cleanse I'm like what what's a cleanse you know I stopped this I stopped that I stopped blah blah blah anyway so I thought I'm gonna do that I'm gonna do that and I did and it was hard and it was a big struggle and I remember being in my kitchen the same house that I'm in right now and I was in fetal position and I was not doing very good I was not in a good place and I remember um struggling with everything about it but I got through it and this essence or this voice or I don't even know what it was at the time maybe I was just hallucinating because I was just like so in a place where so much talks is we're coming out of my body because I was like stopping and eating bread and just all the white like things like pastas and stuff you know and and when I got done that after a whole month I was member standing in my kitchen and I pronounced to the

13:18 World I feel so darn good I could save the world right it was a moment and that was not even two weeks later that my daughter was diagnosed with leukemia so the thing is the universe knows God however you want to call her she doesn't care Betty doesn't matter what you call that energy that energy is listening and when you stand in your energy your power and and pronounce that and I would not have been able to take care of that child in the state I was in I might have not even brought her home that's how serious what we went through but to hold space for somebody you have to be in a good space yourself and I didn't know the universe was going to throw that on my plate and back then there was no no cell phones there was no stuff like that I was down there for about seven months at the IWK with that child and I just started investing in myself and investing in and looking and reading and filling that room and and with art and just sketching and just really paying attention to my

14:40 Thoughts and feelings and doesn't matter what they were going to come in the room with I said you know what that child's going to come home with me because they didn't give me a very good chance of doing that and I said nope that child's coming home with me and I I uh I brought her home and it was a whole other year of you know getting off all these crazy things that they wanted to do you know what I mean like that's what brought on the holistic part of my life because I'm like well how do I get around this and how do I work around that and so it just opened another door of of oh I remember calling my husband and saying I'm going to order a bottle of a rag enough from out west it's going to cost $25 he says if you think it's going to work by two so you know what I mean but it was just back then we didn't we always put all our trust and faith into systems that are literally collapsing right now and but back then the universe was saying you know take your health back take your daughter's health back invest in what you're bringing into the house and what you're filling your space with and and be conscious of even a piece of clothing you buy do you really love it do you want it in your home like a piece of furniture

15:56 A crystal a stone anything what do you what do you want in your home and how what kind of vibe do you want in there and so it started all the way back then and when I was in that class backtrack now to that theta class um she she said I'm just I'm just dueling she says well whatever you are doing right now has shifted the energy in this class and I thought you're crazy and she says no I'm not crazy how long you've been doing this I said well for the past five years I've been using art as a way to work through my emotions so that I don't go to addictive behavior and she says well isn't that interesting have you ever tried to do it for someone else and I'm like no why would I want to do that because she says I believe that you're in a place that you could really um bring that um you know to help other people and I thought you're crazy but okay and in that class ladies there was a um a lady that had been studying and analyzing children's artwork for like I don't know 15 years or something she was in that class and she says yeah right what's the chances and so she's like sketch this person you know and whatever

17:19 You're feeling sketch it so I sketched it and then I sat down with the lady and we're like okay and so the lady that been studying the analyzing the artwork for children and stuff and she's really good at it by the way and she said you know what what what was your process and I said I just felt into that space that we go to to do Reiki to do Theta to do any type of healing modality it's universal energy it's there it's all around us tap into it and it's listening so I just sketched and I felt it and then the lady said well is this going on in your life and I was like oh my god how did all that get in that drawing right so it started like that I did sketches for people I started going to the Monkton Market I would you know take like a 30-dollar deposit and then I would go and sketch it bring it back the next week and you know just went that way for a while and then this guy at the market one day said no I want you to paint my I like paint it no way there's too many lines it's too crazy what are you talking about this is you got some little paintings there I said yeah I'm just dabbling I'm not doing anything with that anyway he's like no

18:35 I really want you I argue I'm stubborn okay I'm super super stubborn I'm like the universe really has to kick me in the butt to get my attention and literally everything that has happened I didn't go looking for it it literally came through my door even like when you're saying I went to Peru like all of that was orchestrated like magic it wasn't like anything I went looking for it just came knocking on my door literally called me on the phone like the medicine basically and said hey you have to go to Peru I'm like okay you know anyway that's kind of what happened with the art so when I came home and that man's voice kept saying paint me paint me paint me I did paint it I brought it back to him it was just a series of dots ladies it wasn't anything but it felt done it felt right it felt good it felt like the colors were where it need to be and when he seen it he started to cry and I said oh gosh we're at the market like what is this guy making a scene at the market for plus back then like you said nobody knew just even to put soul portrait you know I had people old people blocking by me going your people so you got no

19:57 Right to do that what do you know when you're a witch um anyway so anyway she's crying at market and then I'm like why are you crying sir why are you crying he's like well don't you see what's in there and I'm like it felt done it felt good and his intention was uh his daughter-in-law was going through a difficult pregnancy and he just wanted to know if she was going to carry that baby through and uh in the in the series of dots you could see a woman's image but she was holding a baby and there was this light coming from her mouth down to the top of the baby I didn't see that but he seen that and he pointed it out and I said oh my god I do see that and he was like he was like okay and then after that nobody wanted a sketch anymore people wanted me to paint it and then I'm like I don't know but I kept going going with it and then when I thought well I'm going to take a little course I'm going to take a painting course going to learn how to mix paint going to do this do you think I could get to that class do you do you think I could get there no a child was sick or there be weather issues or this or that and I remember the guy that took

21:16 Was doing the class he said are you ever going to come to this class and I thought I don't think so take me off the list like I don't think I'm ever going to get there and what happened is I was never supposed to know I was supposed to learn that on my own you see us nodding because this has happened to us you know now with painting but with everything else yeah well that's it right if I had a teacher's voice in my head telling me that I have to you know rinse a brush in between how the hell am I supposed to hear your voice of your heart if I'm worrying about the particulars of how you're supposed to paint yeah right so some people that come and watch me even at some of the you know expos and stuff and they see me painted some people are horrified because they're like she is not cleaned her brush she is not she has no respect for those brushes she is no and I'm not I'm just like in the zone and I'm just like grabbing this pushing that pulling that because the sound comes in and says that has to go there and then I'll get a feeling

22:33 Or something and then all of a sudden I'm dropping blotches here I have no idea until I swipe it or move it or swish it or turn it upside down or I don't know whatever I'm called to do and then like it all works on in the end and that's kind of like life we just kind of got to go with it and if we're called to do it just jump in but everybody's too afraid they've got to have a whole plan and the heart the heart doesn't go like that the heart is like you're going to get this much and that's all you're going to get today the more you might get a little bit more tomorrow you might get another little part of the puzzle and then all of a sudden you're going to get maybe a little bit more of the picture but then once you get the whole kind of oh that's how I'm going to make an Oracle deck then you can do it you need to take some action and actually put it together um and and this is same with the art and stuff like I bought products like out of paint store or Michaels or wherever and I don't know how I use that shit but I brought it because it was on sale and I thought oh someday I might use that and then one day I went to grab it at a show and I threw that on the canvas and I put something else and I remember

23:53 Looking up at the person I thought what have I done it's not the way I've ever done it before what am I going to do with that and I heard use the brush and do this and I was like what so I took the brush and I started I was like oh and I wasn't busy all day that day no one really wanted to sit with me it was just kind of like busy but nobody you know and soon as that happened I'm telling you people were lined up people were like standing by my booth and going I want some of that I don't know what that is but I want some of that and I did and I did too because I was like oh my gosh I just tapped into something else but that's how it goes it's like you don't get everything all at once and it's been a process a long process but it's been an exciting one because I keep meeting beautiful people like you guys and I keep getting pushed to the edge and then I have to jump and then I have to figure out a new part and then it's just like a whole circus yeah it's so funny because this I I think you would agree that the spiritual path like I've been talking a lot about breadcrumbs you know like that we get these breadcrumbs and we just trust and follow them but before you know it you end up and you're you end up in this

25:08 Place where you're doing like five or six different things because that's what you've been called to do and so when I read your bio I was like this this feels so familiar to me because she's painting she's channeling she's healing she's an author she has her Oracle deck I'm like the workshops the nature I'm like yeah okay this the that is the the spirit led you know sort of that that heart led life you know and um I've been like doing some mentorship with people and that is one thing that is the hardest thing is to get them to turn off their head and listen to their heart and if people were able to do that then they would find that all the answers are there they're all there that you have to know how to listen you know and not let your head tell you all these lies because it will it will lie to you you know yeah I said it oh go ahead sorry one of the things I love about your work I've seen many pieces online is how every every painting that you do is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful there's so much in every picture and I think it always gets me because I you know in my in my life

26:30 I've been around a lot of artists I've worked for a lot of artists um it's a funny thing but the thing I love about your work is it tells a story well you know and it connects you right the intuitive right that feels the energy first right so she's feeling she's feeling what you're doing yeah and it to me it's just like I can't draw a stick person but I love the fact that we all do something beautiful in life now I can fix anything I can build anything I can create but man I can't draw a stick man to save my soul so I so appreciate when people I appreciate everyone's gifts because I think we're all individually beautiful and I think we all have the capability to do whatever we put our minds to if we just quiet the inner voice so I think that's one of the things I love so much about your work is every piece I've ever been able to catch my eye on I've just absolutely been like whisked away into the painting well everyone is incredibly beautiful in the space of the heart and like this bag of skin we're in it's just rental you know and we get so attached to it I mean

27:46 Take care of it for sure but that the energy that light that has grown inside this spear of potentiality is immense and it's it's embraced in this shell for we don't know how long and then it emits itself out and my mom she's 92 and I've been with her a couple of times now where she's tried to leave her body or there the energy has tried to leave her body and it's her excuse me and and and it's and it's so powerful the energy like when she was sitting up in her on in her bed and the whole room was spinning and she was spinning and and and she was like trying to slow it down and and because of my training and because of my work I didn't panic I just breath I just did some breath work and I just kind of looked and felt into her energy but then I got caught in the spin too it was so powerful and I was just like whoa okay and that's that's that's that's that's what's trapped in here it was just so profound to experience that

29:09 And you know we don't know how long we're in here and and I mean we birthed into it with such magic and then we're going to leave our bodies in such magic and it's going to be like it's nothing to fear because there's no end to it that energy is going to go somewhere and energy can't is neither created nor destroyed right it's transformable though so anything that you've ever thought you've done in your life or you said you know you're you're just holding on to energy that May you know be heavy in your heart or heavy in your body or heavy whatever like we can transform it you can transform it like that's what I'm saying like it's and that's what when I want people to look at the colors and the shapes that they've created with you know they've created it you created what you have in your home yeah and you talked to me your soul talked to me through my soul and knew how to put those colors those pieces on the canvas to speak to you even deeper and it's still talking to you today you said

30:27 Those colors those shapes are still talking to you because you're evolving and you're going to see things in it that you your higher self wants to show you but you weren't ready to see them until now because we didn't have the we didn't have the capacity we didn't have the inner knowing or the inner sea see when that man way way back when showed me the image that was in there my my eye was not open to see that my my my parts of me that know how to bring that in was there but and I was fighting with myself about it and I said I need oh my gosh see that's a good chakra so so what was happening was I was like going well why would you give me this gift if I can't even explain it to people this is like why are you doing this to me and and it was like eventually once I calmed down enough once I could you know and and a lot of the modalities that I've learned help but I mean working with different um sacred medicines help too because I did sit with a lot of I sat with cambo I sat with ayahuasca I sat with

31:44 San Pedro uh you know and mushrooms it's all part of open but not using them as a crutch or you know partying with them every weekend but just doing these little things to open up but then integrate open up integrate and you have to have the time to integrate and not push to the next thing because like I said I didn't go look for that stuff that like hello it's time and that's it that's it our like our sole portrait um it's it's amazing if you can look at what we're doing like you are with even with the sacred medicines to look at it like it's a ceremony and it's it's a a chance to kind of elevate or level up or open a new door rather than like you said a crutch because I think a lot of people you know most people are looking for an easy answer and these sacred medicines do not give you easy answers they just open up another door you still have to walk through it you still have to learn from it there's still many many lessons behind that door and the the medicines open you up and then

33:01 I would say that you're the portrait that we asked for I didn't really know I I loved your work I didn't know what I was asking for exactly I knew that like Kim and I were struggling we had we had we were new together but we knew what we were we knew we were connected in such a deep way and we don't we still don't we still kind of debate whether it's twin flame or what it is but it's such a strong connection and when I remember contacting you and you said you took our names and you said what's the what is the intention and I said we want to be in the same physical space because at the time we couldn't live together and that was the intention but it took a few years before we could be in the same physical space so when we were together when we were struggling with everything in life because it's true us together meant that everything else fell apart tsunami so so we had to start over we yeah we we lost our homes we lost our vehicles we lost our some of our family members friends we we lost all our finances like we both were bankrupt it was like we really were starting from scratch so we would look at this portrait together and there was something about it that was so comforting and we would see new things all the time

34:21 Like new images would pop out and even the colors though represent us yeah the colors that we felt like the there's connections that I've made like to my energy self in meditation and things and there's always this gold light that was coming like from me in these meditations and when I saw the portrait and the portrait had like some colors that we've used for healing like that teal and the purple but then there was this gold light that was like all emanating from the figure and I'm like like how how is this even possible that this is so like bang on but it even represented to me it almost it makes me feel like one of us is holding the other yeah as well well it felt like we couldn't exist without each other and then the magic like there's there's so many things in it that you know I could talk about it all day you know it talks to us it does it does talk to us all the time especially when we're like we have it in our bedroom and when there's anything going on any struggle there's a new message like it kind of speaks so it's just so interesting and how you grow you can grow with you know you wouldn't think you could grow with a piece of art but it has it has grown with us and it continues to support us and then because

35:40 We love synchronicities and when we heard from you that somebody picked up this postcard in Peru and they wanted to put it on a book on a book cover we were like oh my god oh yeah that's right I forgot I was like when you were talking with them like what is she talking about okay yeah I remember that yeah yeah yeah and it's just so funny how things all string together right and I know that I think you had said at the time that the book was in Russian so like we couldn't read it or anything but it just was so interesting that this somebody somebody all the way around the other side of the world wanted to use our soul portrait for their book it like kind of like was like wow that's pretty crazy and it's absolutely beautiful I've seen a lot of what you've done but I still the the way you've captured our life and our energy and the love we have for each other and for life for me is just like it's always going to be special to me and I think it's I want to say thank you for your vulnerability to say about using medicines because I think that's something that people there's a lot of judgment around that stuff and I also use it because to me it's about releasing fear I probably should

36:59 Have a little more fear in life I don't have a lot but I do I do love to use it to channel and to me it's just like you take the middle man out and you're completely directly connected to universal consciousness that that's what it feels like to me so I just want to say thank you to you for your vulnerability because I think it's an important piece that everything in life is about intention so you know whatever we're wanting to get out of something you know is so important and it's just like your work your work is so beautiful and I am going to go into the story of you went to Peru with a bunch of your postcards that are of your work I assume because ours was there and somebody picked up our portrait and wanted it on their book so tell me a little bit about how that went down I don't know I honestly I don't know you just got a phone call it's the divine yeah like I don't know like I really don't know and she might have seen I don't know if you were if you were on in my card deck I don't know how that because I think

38:18 She went I think she went to like it was one of the postcards or something but she might have seen my cards there and then she went on my website maybe seeing your painting or I don't know how it all progressed I don't know because I don't have you in my deck yeah yeah I don't know so so I don't but the deck brought her to my website and and maybe that's how I can't remember exactly that was a while ago eh yeah but it's so neat that somebody would pick our portrait because it is about love and the beauty in it and the fact that somebody wanted to use it again we love synchronicity so it's just beautiful yeah it's yeah I can tell you another story about a postcard yeah yeah I did um I did um this they had this promotion for like the tourist bureaus or something around here and um it was way back in I don't know 2011 or 10 I can't remember and I thought and it was $50 back then you know $50 $50 and I thought I didn't get a darn thing from that you know I was thinking in my mind after it was like a whole year or whatever I was

39:37 Like oh no one ever called me no one that I think of right but there was a couple that was traveling here from Sedona okay he was from here but she wasn't and he had his two children two of their children with them at the time they were just teenagers anyway they were at the Cape uh going across to PEI at um anyway they went into the tourist thing and like there was a postcard there with my art and other people's art and stuff anyway but it was like two years later but they still had those postcards there they had no you know so he picked it up and he really resonated to the painting that I put on that postcard and he drove to my house he found out where I lived through my I don't know the must-have day address or something on it and he showed up in my yard it was in the summertime his names were on and uh him and his wife and the children got out and he's like you you sell art you got art here and all that and I was like I'm in the garden I'm like you know sweaty I'm like what are you doing

40:53 Anyway so we got chatting and uh anyway ended up painting his two children and his and his wife all four portraits that afternoon and yeah and uh we became friends and he's hosted me a couple times in Peru and I'm not Peru sorry Sedona and I remember when he came this he says no one's doing this in Sedona you should come and I'm like eh no I don't really know you but okay whatever but he came back he came back again because he's originally from Rishabhacto and uh and he uh I don't know if I'm like me telling all the stuff anyway but he yeah so anyway he ended up um coming back and and then he's like you really need to come and so I ended up I sit to my husband I'm going he's like you don't know these people and I'm like I'm still going are you coming with me I'm going and so uh anyway so he ended up coming with me and he's already don't like these people and then I said well we just leave simple you know just go let's just go and see how it works out so anyway ended up going and it was beautiful and magical and met lots of people there and just got to

48:50 Side of it and going back and taking my health back into my own hands and yes we do need doctors we do need if I got my arm fallen off I need to go to a doctor you know if I get and I had a big surgery this year or last year in April I had a cyst on my ovary because what happened when I was pregnant when I when I thought I was going to lose Amanda I dropped an egg okay and attached to my ovary and over the past 25 years that suckers been growing and my daughter got pregnant and I looked as much pregnant as her when she was pregnant because that and I can tell you other stuff that I did but it brought these because I did a lot of cleansing through the pandemic thing there and and we all worked with a lot of things going okay well I need to clean up my my healthy remorse so I worked with a lot with ivermectin and then benzenol and a lot of stuff to get like for parasites and different things we're going like almost three generations with people that haven't even had a parasite cleanse and we wonder what's wrong with people's minds

50:09 And then they got got rubber shoes on their feet never felt the earth all their life afraid they're gonna their children oh my gosh anyway so all that was going on and then all of a sudden I'm I'm gone this big belly going on and I remember going to see a couple my natural people and I'm like yeah I don't know like something's going on and I thought well maybe I need to go see a colonics and I went to see my my big my great guy over the abnormal like he you know he'll know what's going on a whole bunch of people I went to go see and then it's like you gotta go see a doctor you need an ultrasound and I'm like oh gosh so I went and every and everybody was waiting you know people were like complaining I know people like oh they couldn't get this you know take big weight line anyway I went in I got I see my doctor I got an ultrasound I found this sent to a surgeon this that boom boom boom I had my operation on April they said they were going to do it robotically like through the few little incisions I had that in my heart that was kind of going to go that way didn't they had to like take it was a big operation but they removed it yeah and it was a big healing process

51:26 And now that that I called it the big ugly bear because my grandson kept saying what is in there I said it's a big ugly bear and we gotta get rid of it and and then and then when I came home and you know it was a big recovery couldn't do anything anybody that has a hysterectomy they know you know so it was a big process and I had a little talking chair by my bed and he'd sit there and he'd tell me a story um but it was like a lot slowed down a lot you know and then we had my daughter's wedding on our property in October which was another big oh my gosh like my even ready for this like my body was still in the process of healing now that I've landed in this year I feel like I've got some jet fuel kind of thing going on inside me yeah and I feel like I'm ready for whatever is next and I'm just putting it out there however and you know because of that has been in there for that long and now it's been removed I feel like I have more mobility

52:42 And my digestion is better my everything is just it's so crazy because we like I truly believe that you know balance is important so like the medical system it everything exists for a reason and it's there for a reason and there's a purpose but to totally like you know because I can feel this from you that you would accept any healing that came your way any healing that you felt good about and that's kind of how I feel too and I know Kim's the same is that's the medical system has a place but we can't put all we can't give it all the power you know we can't give it all the control because honestly what I hear from you today which is so refreshing because we talk to so many people and what I hear from you is this ability to empower yourself and when you empower yourself you empower other people by default you don't even know you're doing it because you're so empowered it just kind of spills out of you and you're not you're not even noticing you know and you're just you're just doing something that feels good you know you're following your heart it feels good for your life but you don't realize how much you impact other people
