Seeing Spirit Signs

0:01 Hi, I'm Kim and I'm Laura and today we're talking about seeing signs from spirit. Yeah We really want to make sure that we catch all those signs absolutely Today we are talking about spirit signs I love your sound effects I really I like this topic because I like to know and just like everybody likes to know that spirit is around them and spirits trying to communicate with you and We I get this question a lot like a lot of people ask me like well is my Love one around me is my husband wife kid grandmother mother father and how can I tell And there's so they send us signs all the time Like it's like a full-time job for them really they just find all these ways to send us signs But if you don't know what you're looking for Then you you miss them and then all their efforts are lost So in our work and we're going to try to talk about the signs that can come in a kind of like individual way Or a specific way, but in our work I have to say that a lot of these things happen all at once

1:20 So we were talking about the podcast before we started trying to figure out what we were going to say and We started talking about stories and then realizing that all our stories involve like three or four different types of signs So just bear with us. We're going to do our best to explain this to you Um, but really I think you would agree that the best thing to do is to be in a place of awareness So I don't know like what do you like awareness and I think one of the biggest mistakes people make is they're asking for signs And they want to believe that they're signs But when they come it's like they got to be hit on the head with them Knocked over before they believe them and that's that's the biggest problem. I have I think is that I And I'm a little bit spicy, right? So but for me, it's like why wouldn't our loved ones be with us Why wouldn't angels be there to help us when we need a helping hand? Why wouldn't like why wouldn't we have these messages?

2:20 So for me, it's like every day Normal common sense triple numbers like signs birds even my kids certain things will happen to them They'll be like Mom a bird hit my window or mom this happened or that happened because they know there's something to it Yeah, they know there's some meaning, right? Yeah, and they believe it But everybody wants Everybody loves believing when it's a good thing, but when it's maybe questionable, they're like So we know like like we hear the stories like people say oh, I find dimes or You know, I saw a butterfly or a dragonfly and it has meaning for them But what happens when your your loved ones or even the universe is trying to communicate with you And you're missing and missing and missing the signs they do like kind of ramp up and part of this is belief and You know having faith that the universe is conspiring to help you to support you Yeah, and allowing and allowing it and knowing too that your loved ones are still with you So that's number one. But if you're listening to this podcast, I'm pretty sure you already believe in those things So staying aware Knowing that signs are everywhere And a question that I get a lot is

3:37 You know, I saw this like I saw let's just say I saw A robin and when I saw the robin it reminded me of my mom. Is that my mom? And I always say I always say if you see something like that like there's A sign a set of numbers a cloud a butterfly something in nature a certain rock a leaf You know, whatever if you see something like that and it speaks to you immediately And you immediately feel that family member. Then yes, it is them talking to you because that's your sign That's your sign, right? Like and we were joking like A couple weeks ago because Kim's had like an amazing offer For work and she was saying I don't know I might need another sign and I was like, oh my god How many more signs do you need?

4:31 A lot of premonitions. Yeah. Yeah. Well, like that's it like she already kind of felt this coming so but we We have the ability to pick up on spirit Really anytime whenever we want We just have to believe that it can happen and part of that is Being an awareness and paying attention and and also believing in spirit and believing in yourself, right? The other thing you can do which I think is really cool is you can ask Right and when you ask you will receive Absolutely be very specific with spirit Um, tell them what you need And tell them that you need to see a sign within a certain time frame and you want to see That sign and one of the stories I use sometimes because I'm stubborn too and Because I don't always listen Um, so one of the stories I like to use is I Was going through something and I asked my guides to give me a sign But I told them I want to have the sign within the next two days Like it within 48 hours and I want it to be a prominent feather So a feather that I would actually see it and know that this is from my spirit guides And this is confirmation that they're helping me So a couple like you know a day went by and then you know day and a half

5:50 And I still hadn't seen anything yet and spirit was kind of like I could feel the closeness, you know And so I was like, where's my sign? I asked you for a sign like where's my sign? And I heard clear as a bell and we're going to talk about the Claire's so this is clear hearing But I heard spirit my guides say How are we going to show you a feather if you haven't even gone outside? You know or you're not in a situation. We're going to see a feather and that's a testing one Like how many people ask for and this is the other thing too because you get a lot of Funny questions from people every day, I think But it's like we're not talking about oh, I want a big Denali to show up in my driveway tomorrow That that is not what we're talking. No, we're talking about like things that are doable, right?

6:41 So so in my case I I didn't give Spirit or my guides the opportunity to show me the sign So then I thought okay. Well, whatever if I don't see it. It's fine. I'm working on my computer And I took a break and I went on YouTube First thumbnail of a video shows up and it's a reader. I don't even follow this reader Okay, but you know YouTube knows my algorithm So a thumbnail popped up and it had three feathers on it And I was really drawn to the feather in the middle like really drawn and I thought This is I'm going to play this out So I turned on the video and I skipped to the reading that that connected to that feather because it was one of those videos You pick a feather you get a reading so I skipped to that reading and it was so bang on for where I was in my life at that moment and it was so Like specific about what I was struggling with That I knew that that was how my guide sent me a message And I mean we can't all have you know, it laid out for us that way all the time but but if you ask you you receive something so much more than what you asked for And I don't think you would mind if we talked about him for a second, but We recently Kim and I read Sean Leonard's book

8:00 Spirit talker And in the book he talks about how he did this with his father His father was in spirit and he would kind of test and say okay dad today I want to dime and then the next time it would be a quarter and the next time it would be a loony And the next time it would be a toony and he made it up to a $50 bill And he would say to his dad like show me the sign that you're here and he'd always get his signs So it's important to demand From spirit what you want and Kim's really good at that She's really good. I don't think I realize how good I am at it because to me It's like second nature and I'm not trying I'm not really trying to test the waters as much as I'm just trying to pay attention Exactly. So that's it. We're in awareness We're paying attention and we're believing in spirit And then we're just going to nudge them a bit further and say I want to sign that I see clearly that I pay attention to That I know what it's connected to and that I can remember because a lot of times people will ask for a sign And then totally forget they asked well then spirits showing you signs But what for because you're not paying attention anymore Well, and you and I are pretty crazy about all this stuff because it's like every day for us we Talking to spirits listening seeing all these things. We drive back and forth to New Brunswick at least once or twice a month

9:17 And have for 10 years and we used to travel back and forth every week But we would see like there'd be days that we would see 16 Hawks and the funny thing is How are you driving and just all of a sudden you know to look and there it is It's yeah, it's like you're drawn to that specific spot And like Kim is the Kim's the one she sees most of them and she'll say oh hawk and I'll go where I don't see all of them on the fence on the tree. She's she's drawn to the exact spot where they are So that to me that's like an energy sensitivity too because you're sensing Something in that tree because hawks are like camouflage like they're hard to see the red-tailed hawks we have here um Sometimes I catch them and sometimes I don't I guess Kim's so good at that. But yeah, there's so many ways you can get signs and messages and really Spirit is waiting for you to ask they really are or you're struggling with something I know we were doing some wellness retreats a few years back and I was struggling with something and I wanted a sign and the paleated woodpecker in the middle of nowhere that that bird should be flew right over in front of us And the paleated woodpeckers is one I get a lot

10:35 But I mean too very strong like the when we were filming the docu series and You left to go drum on the beach of Bridgetown Well, that was because that episode actually they told us because I have Indigenous blood and I'm very proud of it and I really live that way But I'm not trying to be somebody. I'm not either. So I'm somebody who loves the earth. I love making products from the earth I love being respectful to earth and giving back I do ceremonies all the time in my yard to give back to the earth and and I've done many of them Yeah, no, we we had gone to Bridgetown and we were asked By the homeowners to do a home cleansing and the director didn't really want us to do it, you know They were kind of telling us no like you you just have to stick to your job here And here's the thing when spirit tells us to do something we have to we have to do it It's respect for the work. It's respect for the sacredness of our connection Well, and the funny part was when sorry, I had to clear my throat The funny thing about how that happened was We were sort of being told that we couldn't do it

11:51 But then spirit was really being like relentless with me about doing it So I decided that I was going to go down to the beach with my drum and I was going to drum and Wait for a message Like we needed confirmation that we were on the right track even though we wanted to follow spirit's directive It's still you still need confirmation. Yeah, and I needed it to be okay with how deeply I felt about it Like I really felt strongly about it So I went down to the beach in front of a bunch of people And I started to play my drum and sing my song And I want I asked spirit that if we were meant to do this cleanse Then my sign would be that a bald eagle would come down the coast and fly over my head So I'm down there drumming and people are walking by and heaven knows what anybody thought. I really didn't care. I never do Um And I'm drumming and I'm singing my song and all of a sudden Here comes this massive bald eagle and it didn't only fly Directly over my head when it got right to me it put its head down and looked right at me right in my eyes And I just said it was right through me right right and that's that's a thing and emotion

13:08 When we ask for the signs And they come and the confirmation comes Your only job in that moment is to believe it and just believe it and say thank you and say thank you If you have asked for a sign and you get the sign don't question the sign Don't do that because it's given for you. It's there for you and we had a profound cleansing That was like it was absolutely beautiful the animals here We are in the middle of this massive field and there's animals off to the right like they had farm animals. Yeah so Laura and I stand in a circle, but she's on the other side of the circle and she was drumming with me And all the animals came right up to us and yeah there and because they because they had to walk up the hill From the barn like up the hill to get up to where we were up in an open field area And we're drumming and they all came all the animals came were stood not standing at the fence And we're standing there and the wind started to kind of whip around us Like it was not a normal wind because it wasn't coming straight in one direction It was coming around us and and like almost like Like visiting with us like well and the people that owned the farm They were sitting up in the little cottage if you remember at the front

14:26 And the wind came around all of us like in a circle and then it It swished around them and went right in behind the cabin Yeah in the woods and the sky opened up because it was cloudy as can be dark gray sky The sky opened up the sun shone down. This is like that of a movie. Yeah, and then we heard this elder man in the background chanting On it was like on the wind profound Yeah, so it was crazy. So that that leads in really well to what I was going to talk about because Hearing that native elder chanting And singing with us because we were singing and drumming and the sound was traveling on the wind and like it was just so It almost it almost sounded to me like the wind was the carrier. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, he was in the wind And so that he was the wind you got me. I'm getting all good. Yeah so we We know that we get messages through our own system. So our energy system Kind of like our body picks up on energy So I want to talk about the clairs and there's six clairs So this kind of brings me into it because us hearing the native elder on the wind

15:46 Is actually using clear hearing and clear hearing is called Clear I'm going to lose my spot Clear hearing. Where are you? Oh Clear audience. Yes. How could I forget that one? Um, so clear on you. Oh my gosh I know right and I skipped a step and that's what happened. Oh So clear clear audience clear audience is the ability to have clear hearing your clear hearing energy Okay, so it's almost like you're using a physical sense Your your your hearing is engaged, but you're not hearing with your physical ear. You're hearing with energy So us hearing that native elder is clear audience And sometimes you might feel this too like um, you might be doing something kind of mundane like dishes or something or driving And all of a sudden a loved one who has passed pops into your head and there's some phrase something they used to say Or maybe you're asking a question and you hear them answer you yes or no or whatever That is clear audience when it's just kind of it's like hearing but it's like within your head almost And you know the sound didn't come from anywhere physical

17:04 Um, so this is how your body and your energy system Uses those senses that you know And it turns it into an energy communication So one we know very well when we talk about the clairs Everybody knows about clairvoyance because Ooh the spooky fortune teller that's a clairvoyant, right? And and they they use their crystal ball and they see things, you know So so we all know about clairvoyance, but really clairvoyance is quite it's it's quite quiet and simple Because it's just like images in your mind Yeah, or images that pop into your awareness And it's nothing to do with anything spooky or future anything although we can use this as a tool It's not it's not scary Well, and that's that's one of the things I love Like we're partners and stuff, but I love about us is that You get signed through the way you work with people and do readings And I got I have gotten loads of them through my work Working on the physical energy field and in people's bodies and they correspond all the time. Yeah, so I think that's so cool it's so cool like we talk about this too like Mediums experience this and and Kim had mentioned it before we started today

18:22 But when you have an image in your mind and it May not be exactly the right image, but it's like a symbol Yeah, that's that's what I was going to say because you always have all these symbols for things And so do I and I just I didn't realize I did yeah flowers and you're we working on somebody and Like a lot of times what happens with me is I'll see like a little granny. Yeah Curly hair glasses, but it's just like their head like it's like a little yeah real quick And then I go okay so that and then sometimes it will get real fine tuned and I'll actually see What the person looked like but sometimes I don't sometimes I just know it's a grandmother Yeah, and sometimes I've even seen an image of my own grandfather. Yeah, knowing it's not my grandfather That's coming in to talk to the client. It's just that that image is in my mind of that's what a grandfather looks like So I know their grandfather is there So, you know these things, you know, never they're never straight and narrow You know that there's always kind of like a puzzle you kind of have to be like a psychic detective You know to figure this stuff out, but but that's okay. We're really good at it now So, yeah seeing things sometimes within this is within your mind's mind's eye And you might have if you're clairvoyant, you might have really vivid dreams You might have like really vivid

19:38 Images in your mind at certain times or you might have be able to really zoom in on something or symbols might make a lot of sense to you you May be a even a visual learner like if you're clairvoyant so Um spirit can use spirit can use that skill if you if you are very clairvoyant spirit will use that skill to talk to you Um, yeah another one is clear feeling Now this is the one that I would say happens to me the most in readings and um Just today, you know, I had a reading and I could feel The mother the mother was in spirit And I could feel her Sadness it's like it was palpable like I wanted to cry So then it leads me to what what is the sadness like what is the root and a lot of times in mediumship There's there's different ways in for information But that is one of the ways is that I get into the deepness of the feeling And then I follow the feeling to whatever it is. I need to say to the person So this is like if you want to call these superpowers I think the feeling part of it is my superpower Because I I feel what the what the spirit is going through I feel what the person is going through that I am reading

Yeah, it is very intense when you feel it yourself At first when this first used to happen to me I'd just be walking by somebody in the grocery store And I would feel like all their agitation all their pain all their Whatever if they've been waiting in line a long time, you know And god it would drive me crazy because then I would get agitated and I'd be like wait a second I didn't walk into the store in a bad mood. Why am I in a bad mood now? But then you know, I figured it out over the years that I was just really sensitive Look what just happened to us a couple days ago. Well, we came home from Thanksgiving dinner with family. Yeah, and we were laying in bed and like anybody any woman at least I mean you're you're cooking and you're cleaning. Yes, we're tired. We're tired And we laid in bed and we both put the heat on, you know and Right away. I started feeling like anxious and so bad. I thought oh my gosh What is going on and then Laura was like I'm so in pain. I can't hardly move. What is going on?

So this went on and on and got more and more intense And then I looked at Laura and I said, oh no And she said what I said there is some really hard stuff coming down the line Well, we were feeling other people and they're struggling and we did we did have confirmation on that but Yeah, there's a lot there is a lot and it's it's not easy and this happens to me a lot And it happens to you a lot and it doesn't matter because we're together Sometimes if one of your kids is having a hard time doesn't matter if they're with us or or I would on their own At their dads doesn't matter We'll feel it through each other you sometimes feel like through me I feel through you and we can pick up on things not really understand like who it's about But we end up finding out later. Yeah And I I think what has developed like that's the beginning of this for me was the grocery store type stuff Where I would just walk by somebody and feel things and then what's developed for me over time Is that is how spirit has learned to communicate with me because I can that I can do that, you know um, and then um The next one is clear knowing but it's called clear clear cognizance Clear cognizance is a high level Claire Um, it's not as exciting. It's not as like fireworky and you know

It's almost like within your whole system You just know this thing to be true And that can happen in any situation You might meet somebody and just know within yourself that this person is not for you, you know And it might be just something simple like that But it could also be a very You know a profound knowing about a business venture about a relationship about Moving to a new city like you could just know things And that's that's kind of how that works But then people often think that that's, you know, not very fun after Experiencing visions and smells and tastes and all those things but but it is a very powerful Claire I think that's my superpower. Yeah. Well, you'd often know when things are happening and knowing is is something that When I first started I I was getting messages and seeing things and hearing things and you know But now I think it's moved on to just knowing. Yeah Yeah, but that's what happens. Like you kind of like graduate a little bit And I should I should have put that one at the end, but you know, I did not because the teacher and me I like how you're waving your hand around the book right now. I was a little bit mixed up But yeah, it's a very powerful very powerful Claire

24:38 This one is kind of funny because um, this one happens to us sometimes and we'll be like, oh, who's here? because This is clear smelling. Okay, so clear and it's Claire aliens. That's how we would pronounce that so Yeah, sometimes Kim and I will just be like nothing going on We're just hanging out and then we smell cigarette smoke and we're like, oh Like who's who's coming who's coming who's here? Because often that is a signal if somebody was a smoker that they're showing up in spirit And this used to happen to me All the time with readings, especially when I used to read people have to read them in person, I guess, but Their spirit, you know friends or loved ones would show up before them So they would come usually the spirit would show up like 10 50 minutes before the person And I'd smell cigarette smoke or something perfume Something they like to cook, you know, old spice. That's a really strong one. I get that one a lot So the smell will come before the actual living person would show up for the reading and then they'd come and I'd be like Your loved ones already here and this is why I know So that one is kind of funny. It's I have to is it okay to tell the story? Yeah One of the worst

25:54 Because I don't always get this because I've allergies and my smeller is not the best But we did a house cleansing at this person's house And the minute we walked in the door I will never ever forget the smell because it's smelt and I'm sorry to have to say it like this But it smelled like rotting decayed carcasses like dead people. It was just and that that cleansing always was profound for me because There was three areas of the house that we had to work on and the one downstairs was a really like Well, we found out that they had used a Ouija board and opened a They opened a doorway to something they should know and it was really crazy chaotic energy But then we went upstairs and then the main area there was like really active energy But it wasn't like it didn't feel the same downstairs was very like Kind of like, oh my gosh, what are we getting into but upstairs?

26:53 It was just it felt like there was a lot of spirits communicating a lot of really connected kids in the house And then we moved into the mother So the owner of the house the whole house into her bedroom and I swear to god Laura and I both looked at each other and these things are really like they're fun For at least for me. I really get a kick out of all this stuff goes down But we went into her bedroom and it was like white light and feathers I swear to god, we were spitting them. There was we felt like you're choking on like what a beautiful energy But to have three Completely separate feelings in one house. Well, even the smell in the angelic room Was lighter. Yeah, it was the energy was like lightly floral. Yeah, really nice And the the main part of the host was busy energy and then the downstairs where they had used a Ouija board That's where we smelled the terrible smell. Oh, it was really bad And we did a host cleansing there and actually there was some spirit there that shouldn't be there and we Very old home very old home. Yeah, we asked that we asked the spirit to go and We closed the doors as best as we could we told them though You can't can't use the Ouija board anymore because you'll reopen the door

28:09 So and we did notice like through talking to the family later that things mostly improved for the family Like the family themselves were having some issues. So They they kind of started to come around after that as well as they rectified some of the things that were How could I say like We're happening because of this so you can imagine the stress of living in a home that it felt so chaotic and stuff But as the as the energies were balanced out Everyone started to get better and there was even some really cool stuff that we found out a bit later that there was so much awareness that someone in the house that lived downstairs was really troubled and they found a solution and Actually became quite happy and moved out and their life got a lot better It's quite a beautiful story actually, but you know like Ouija boards are scary Like I I do understand that they can be used they can be used responsibly absolutely and it's a big topic Um, there's an energy that's present with the history of Ouija boards that you're you're pushing against like you're kind of Have to really know what you're doing And I I mean I can't say I've had um, I've I haven't used Ouija board for ages

29:26 Um, but I haven't really had any good experiences and experiences with them. And so I don't recommend them you know But you know like you like if if you feel comfortable if you've used it and you're fine I mean great. I've heard I've heard people using them for good, but not not as many bad I've heard way way more bad stories than good. So I just say no just stay away from them. Yeah When people ask me about Ouija boards, I just say the way I look at it. It's it's crystal clear You're not going to have a house party and invite people you don't know So I'm the same with a Ouija board I do not open. I don't play with them I've totally respect spirits. Yeah, and I'm not and you have to think about What state are you in when you're doing it? Oh, and this let this is that's we respect our work. So it's not it to me It's like it you shouldn't judgment. You shouldn't be using a toy, you know, right to connect with spirit Um, yeah, and so the last one is clear tasting or um, Claire Guston's so Claire Guston's is um, Again, it's kind of a neat thing You're tasting something that you you didn't eat anything to make you taste that And sometimes the signs are good. Like I have readings where

30:43 Somebody will come in and they always made I don't know One of them was blueberry muffins So they always made blueberry muffins for their grandchild and I'm reading the grandchild And I'm telling them I can taste blueberry muffins and they're like, oh my god My grandmother used to make those all the time. We used to pick the blueberries blah blah So that that can happen also On the other side of it when I know somebody has passed the signal that I know somebody has passed tragically Is usually blood it like I taste blood. So if somebody was murdered um Maybe hit by a drunk driver, you know, something like that I I can taste blood and so I know that that's that's how that person left this world Not a very nice thing, but it it it is a signal. It is a sign One of the things that I I don't I don't really know where you'd categorize this with everything, but one of the most incredible like Memories that I hold on to because it's actually it's a memory But it's also connected to all these things is that I used to say I spent a lot of time with my grandmother and my grandfather and they lived on the lake And every Saturday or Sunday morning, whichever night I was out there Um, I would wake up and I would smell and I can literally smell it right now just talking about it

32:02 Pardon me, but I would smell the bacon and the eggs and nan had one of those old coffee those Stainless steel pots that plugged in they percolated. You could hear the pop pop pop And then the bread that nan always made homemade bread and she'd have to cook it on the burner back then so When I think of that it's like I I don't only think about it. I can smell it. I can taste it It was always the same Yeah, the feeling that that whole yeah, so a signal from your nan could be the smell of fresh baked bread when there's no When there's no bed bread when there's no bread baking, right? Let's say that five times Um, yeah, so these are the the the clairs Kind of work through our catalog of our senses and what we what we know What we know to be true or what we can sense But there's other signs from spirit One of the one of my most favorite Is when things all line up In synchronicities. Oh, yeah, because there's some things that just happen and you go There is no way like that that could all happen together unless it was meant to And one of my favorite Stories is about sedona. Oh, yeah, because so many things were good there. Yeah, so here's here's little me

33:24 Um I've come across this Angel valley it was called in sedona And actually angel valley had some kind of bad publicity at the time, you know a bad thing happened there But but I didn't I didn't feel like that was connected to the property. It felt more like Somebody, you know, who was not from the property caused this problem. So I was more pulled to the land Like very pulled to land like I had to go there and I knew someday I would and so 13 years pass long time Um, and also we had covid but as soon as we were able to travel Kim and I had booked a trip to sedona and it and it was a long time They had a website angel valley did And they had a meditation music They had meditation music which was an original piece that was playing While you got to see a video of like a babbling brook, you know And the water at angel valley was very special too. So very energetic energetically charged So that was like a video with the music they used to watch all the time And I've probably watched that like I don't even know like hundreds of times So here I am basically stalking, you know their website, you know, just just on they're reading everything and going someday

So 13 years later Kim and I finally we finally booked a trip to sedona and the I don't know What it is about that place, but if it calls you So we felt called to go so we get to sedona and the very first day What does Laura want to do but go to angel valley? I know nothing about the desert and you know climate and weather and so we get there and monsoon season had just ended And the road to angel valley was washed out. So our little rental car was not going to make it Over all those, you know peaks and valleys and the gravel road on cliffs and everything So we we tried it wasn't going to work. So we went back to our Resort and I called angel valley and this beautiful lady answered the phone And I told her my stalking story about how I had watched their website so many times and I said, how can we get down there?

And I should tell you angel valley was like Sort of like a healing resort, you know, they did like healing retreats and things On a very profound piece of property So she was sort of like Basically saying I couldn't like basically saying we couldn't go there and I just I just kept talking to her I was like, is there any way like like could you pick us up? Like is there any way you could pick us up in the parking lot? Like you drive down there every day because you work there Like is there any way we could do this and she finally there was Something I could tell she was hesitant. Yeah, yeah, but she connected with us and she decided She agreed to meet us. So we you know next day we pull in the parking lot and in pulls angel harsh This beautiful lady and we immediately connected with her. We had a lovely time that day. We talked for hours We looked all over the property like she immediately said to Kim I want a treatment from you and she looked at me and said I want a reading from you And she said I want you to make me some jewelry and it was just so perfect And we hung out like we hung out with her like she was our friend from from forever

37:01 And so down on the property when we first pulled in She said we pulled in the parking lot and she said, you know, you were trying to get here yesterday And she said I didn't know why but I kept looking out in the parking lot waiting for somebody to show up She said I could feel somebody coming and she said I didn't know who it's basically off season for us So we wouldn't expect anybody. There was nobody there Um, but when we got out of her vehicle a big yellow butterfly Came right over to us and followed us, you know as we walked around the property, which was so amazing Um, and we learned later that it might have been the spirit of the previous owner That was with us and wanted us to see the property. There was beautiful labyrinths there It was really really really hot Laura was really overheated Red I was in the brook. I and I have videos to prove it I was like having to get a heat stroke But I loved it there so much and angel heart did invite us back for another visit, which was amazing too But I felt such a draw to the land and I still do I still feel like we're not done with sedona that we'll we'll go back for sure But it was like the synchronicities to line up for us to be able to go there To go after, you know, as soon as the travel ban was lifted from sedona or from, you know, covet traveling

38:23 And You know to get there and then For me to actually convince her To get us down there and then for us to have these amazing spiritual experiences there. It was amazing I I had an incredible experience. Well, we had many there. Yeah, really. There wasn't just one or two It was like, you know, we were seeing spirits up on the mountain Yes You know, I went in the the brook and had this profound Experience where I was just laying there floating And this native woman came out And she had this little play pot of water and she poured it over my forehead and I was emotional I was like weeping and she talked to me about some of the things I was going through In my life right at that point and helped me immensely with it And I was forever changed. Yeah, I really was that I think sedona Changed both of us for the better and helped us let go of a lot of We let go of programming and old wounds so much there Because we came back different people and that's that's what you want. You want that kind of trip So so many synchronicities there. I couldn't even count them all Um, I even have a picture of my beautiful wife laying in the middle of a labyrinth, which was pretty cool Yeah, like what were we doing? I don't know. Um, but yeah

39:39 We knew there was so many things lining up that it was spirit led that we had to be there We had to shift we had to let go of some things that we were holding on to And we we did we came back better one of my favorite things about that trip is how we met angel heart And she is just such a beautiful beautiful woman. We will be interviewing her at some point Yeah, she'll be on at some point, but she was we just felt like kinder souls and we spent a night together And we just had an incredible time and I know we stayed there till 12 o'clock at night And we had been there a couple times. Yeah, and we just I felt so like I had a really hard time seeing goodbye to her. I really just felt such a strong Just felt like she was so connected and we thought we had the beautiful conversations and food and just it was amazing And you know, that's the thing we were talking about spirit signs, but Spirit will lead you to all the experiences you need to have if you will let them Right. And that's where I think the synchronicities really come into play because you have to You have to trust that you're going to be led to the next sign and the next sign and the next sign And in this work, we often talk about I talk about following the thread or following your breadcrumbs And literally when synchronicities are happening happening. They're your breadcrumbs. You've got to follow them

40:56 You got to follow them to the end because there's something in it for you And it can be quite one of the things about like when mom was last year Like I had a premonition. My mother wasn't going to make it through the end of the year She did not I we were going to a picnic lunch and I had said to spirit I'm going to need help and this is going to be a hard one And I specifically asked to see dimes Well, we drove to the picnic and cardinals. Oh, but not only dimes You wanted dimes with the year that your nann died, right? Yeah, so We walked into the Irving and we got gas and I think I'd use washroom because I can't go anywhere without And I come out and there was a dime the same year nann passed and then we drove to the Tangled gardens and we were getting out and a red cardinal flew right over my windshield in front of me So it was like sign sign sign sign sign and for any of you that don't know like red cardinals Are often a sign from the spirit world that your loved ones are near So that was my specific. That's what you asked for. That's what I asked for and it happened again here at the house When I seen a cardinal and I have I've never seen a cardinal again I know, right? So it's crazy. So that those physical signs are important

42:14 Like we we often think of like we think of some of the usual ones like dimes are pretty I think it's kind of pretty easy for spirit in in one way to send you a dime Or to at least lead you to the place where the the dime is but There's some physical signs that are not so easy and I remember When my aunt had passed away I was this is so funny, but I wasn't home At my actual house when she passed I was staying overnight with my mom and dad And I was it was younger, you know, like no kids or anything but I had stayed at my mom and dad's house and I got a call from my fiance at the time in the morning He said there was a bird outside the window our bedroom window and the bird was just like Hovering there like flapping its wings But it didn't leave the window It just stayed there flapping its wings for like an hour and he said he was kind of concerned about the bird Because he thought oh my god, what's wrong with it?

43:17 But it just kept like it just stayed there and I always felt like that was her I always felt like that was her like giving me her signal that she was okay Because she she had passed Throughout the night and then the bird had showed up in the morning But yeah, the physical signs that we see are pretty like important like especially You can ask and kind of get something or something might occur to you because I remember being really concerned about a client a couple years ago and her grandson had a severe severe form of leukemia And they had really they had done all the treatments they could like they were at the end And he was only three years old and I just remember feeling really worried about her and we were at we were at a garden A place like we were outside a lot and I looked up at the sky And there was angel wings in the clouds and immediately I felt I felt that little boy and I felt that he was going to be okay So I took a picture of the clouds and I sent it to my client and I was like he's going to be okay And you know that was a few years ago and he recovered and he is okay So yeah, it's just amazing the signs we get sometimes and those physical signs are important like you know

44:35 Kim and I are those crazy people on the highway that are always looking for birds and you know Triple numbers and like stuff on the side of the road might that might be a sign. I mean, you know, but we're we're those people and I know a lot of times like we'll be talking about something And we'll see a triple number and we'll go. Oh my god. Okay eight eight eight and we're just talking about our business So the this is a good idea. We're on the right track, you know, like But it's it's hilarious how like profound it is because Just recently we were talking about something that I had a premonition about as well And then it's coming true. Yeah And In the like maybe 10 car lengths We've seen four triple numbers all different ones That I mean that that's insane because that's that's in a very short span of time And we don't look at number. We're not looking at every number What happens is the same with the hawk where you have this feeling And you're drawn to look and as soon as you look you go. Oh my gosh 9 9 9 Oh my gosh 3 3 3 4 4 4 and it happens to us a lot. Yeah, and it's just for us It's like it builds the energy the suspense. It's like Look, this is this is really happening. This is really real. This is true

45:54 So I think that I love that and I love that um I know my kids believe Um, I don't think they like all of this stuff because it makes them a little Wait, it will make some people nervous. Your kids too. It's like our kids are very connected, but They like some parts of it and some parts they don't and I think that's very normal. Yeah, I think that's very okay But well, I love that, you know Spirit can talk to us through through synchronicities and numbers And I find numbers like very angelic like I think the numbers are kind of like Your angel guides that are looking for you and then there's there's probably tons of books that you can get that explain You know what angel numbers mean, but if you keep seeing repeating numbers You probably should look into that because like people A common one is one one one a lot of people will say to me. I see one one one everywhere There is a reason for that. There's a special message for you and you can you can do what we do Just google it sometimes, but there are a lot of books out there too. That can help you with that That's one over there. Yeah. Oh angel numbers. Yeah. Yeah. No, you can you can definitely Figure out what the message is Either ask an intuitive or look it up. Yeah

47:09 But the other way that is really nice to is Like nature is always giving us signs and we're seeing them all the time and we talked about the beautiful sunrise We saw on the way to see your mom in the hospital. That was like My my mom took a little bit longer to pass. I mean even the nurses were like, oh my gosh This woman she's so strong. She was really tough. Yeah, and she never complained But every day the last three or four days the nurses were like, we don't know what's keeping her here But the last day that We were driving to the hospital. There was this incredible I wanted to take a picture of it, but there was so much traffic and and we were called in so we were in a In a little bit of a hurry, but it was I believe she was already gone because the sun was so big That there was like the beautiful tree this like the landscape was Breathtaking, I mean this is right outside the hospital. Yeah, like it was right before you turned into the hospital It was actually over the golf course And I just knew I I got choked up and I went she's already gone But she was still breathing and all that but that was the day she did pass so Well, and we can have these I was just thinking to like how spirit can give us signs and symbols and things

48:29 And dreams sometimes your dreams don't make a lot of sense But sometimes we get some really good stuff and I do hear from clients Sometimes I that they have had dreams of their loved ones and just it lets them know that their loved one's okay Sometimes if their loved one died quickly or tragically They do get they do get closure Or confirmation that their loved one's okay through dreams So I might hear from somebody like yeah, like I can think of one client in particular that Passed away very quickly and then wanted to say goodbye to his daughters And so he came into their dreams to say goodbye to them and in the dreams Like all of them said he he I forgot that he died in the dream Like he was so alive He was there and then he literally found ways to say goodbye to them in their dreams and I just thought that was so beautiful and Now like for Kim and I like um, you know, I've I've gotten Some really good premonitions so it can guide me and I know Kim had an amazing premonition not that long ago Like Yes, I have yeah, I have I have many it kind of freaks me at some time because I don't think I realize how really intuitive I am and yeah, and it's it's happened multiple multiple times in multiple ways

49:50 But I had a premonition in February and and this is what I do now because they come true every time So I I tell somebody so I'll tell Laura and I actually messaged one of my girlfriends and I said had this premonition And it was basically that I had a wellness retreat spa in Nova Scotia and I had one in New Brunswick And right now there's some talks about doing one in New Brunswick There's a few people that want me to so but the awesome thing about this Is that when you had the premonition in the dream? Yeah, we didn't really have any, you know I didn't even we think I wanted it. Well, it wasn't in your awareness. It wasn't in my awareness It was just I'm somebody who I trust spirit more than I trust people So I'm I'm the type of person person that I'm a massive manifestor And it's almost a game with me Where I'll I'll want something and then it's like I find a way to get it Yeah, you know, but this was something that I think I I think I love the idea of it And I just didn't know how exactly it was going to happen. So usually when that happens to me I'll just put it on the back burner and go, okay, universe. It's up to you If this is what I'm meant to do, then you'll find you'll put the breadcrumbs in front of me Right and you follow them. That's your saying so I'm gonna use that one

51:08 No, I love that and I just think that we don't we don't always know like we don't always pay attention to all the dreams But you know when spirit is coming into your dream because there is a physical feeling that you have There's something that like I've had visits from spirits that actually they'll touch you or hug you And it's like the touch stays with you even when you're you wake up Whether they hold your hand or they hug you or they kiss you on the cheek It's like all that feeling is still there when you wake up So, you know spirit can actually come into dreams and communicate with you And show you things and or you can have dreams that are like premonitions that show you what May come or what May happen Sometimes the dreams are like to prepare you. Maybe there is something not so great coming You know that you need to be prepared for or sometimes it's something amazing Like somebody wants to help you open a spa you know so So yeah, like you these are all things that we are open to and we want to receive And that's really key with receiving signs from spirit. Just stay open Stay open be willing check your ego. Yeah, because the ego can really mess you up Yeah, you know, I think that that's one of the biggest things with me is it's like

52:26 Working through the ego From both sides because your ego can make you think you're all that in a bag of nuts But can also make you feel like you're not good enough So you really kind of like try to for me. I'd like to be humble. I'm a very confident person But I'm also I try to be humble as much as I can and it's I'm not I'm not 100% in it because sometimes my confidence is Is it's it's real. I'm confident. I I don't believe there's anything I can't do But it's because I'm not I'm not afraid to fail To learn Yeah, because failure is is growth. Yeah If I if I do something wrong by doing it wrong, I usually figure out how to do it, right? And and to me that's growth and I'm okay with that But that's it. I mean, this is all what what is spirit really there for they're there to help us grow They're there to support us and help us in everything we do so We our only job is to be open and willing and listen That's really it and your your ego. I mean, we're we'll probably talk about that at length sometime Because your ego can really get in the way even though we need it for some things, you know It's I don't think you should totally squash the ego. Oh, I think it's so valuable. I think it's both keeping it in check

53:44 Yeah, yeah, and being aware of what your ego likes to tell you That's a good one. But no the spirit signs are important I think because we need to know our loved ones are okay We need to know they're still with us. We need to know like if we're struggling with something It's reassurance.
